White Spot Marine Drive

Whenever I come here, I either get the bacon cheddar burger, or the pasta. They don't have the best tasting fries, but at least it is unlimited, so it makes up for it. I do enjoy eating their caesar salad though.

Sad to hear that this location is closing in April 2021. Their service is great and food is fresh and tasty!

Went in for dinner last night.I had a small mess up with my burger order (was slightly under done). It happens..Told my lovely waitress Helen and she handled to 100% perfectly! Not only was her attitude kind and understanding..she let me order chicken wings instead, comping my whole meal (except for dessert).As someone from the restaurant industry..I am so very impressed with her service!It is because of people like her that make the experience better AND make me a return customer.THANK YOU HELEN..Keep up the awesome work!?

Delicious food, excellent service, COVID safety is also taken care.. in an all amazing place to chill with family and friends. If you want to have an authentic South Indian dosa, this is the best place to visit..

Ordered milk shakes and onion rings for take out. I can only say that avoid this place for milk shakes, I bet there are many other places for an amazing milk shake. Both the milk shakes were very watery, aren’t milkshakes supposed to be thick!!!! Onion rings were okay, made fresh however they lacked the flavour, the outer crispy layer was super thick in flour and made be they forgot to add salt! Anyway not going back for either of these items.

Our server really tried her best but was really hard to get a hold of and barely around - and each food item came out of the kitchen incorrect or not fresh. We saw the manager peek out a few times but never once heard from her even after sending multiple dishes back to the kitchen. We’re big White Spot fans but we’ll never return to this location.

I have gotten a chicken and mushrooms fettuccine for take out but when I got home, I couldn't find chicken found a hair instead. So I called back and they apologies plus said a new order will be be ready once I returned. They kept offering deserts as compensation but didn't really cared so I refused then they still gave me a milkshake. I feel I can still give them another chance as they were quick to react to their mistake plus the food was actually good.

I am SO MAD! I am litterly about to NEVER support White Spot again over their incomptence tonight. They have a dirver waiting for over 30 MINUTES. Their phone is off at the resturant. I had to call the driver to use HIS phone and all I get from the resturant is : we are backed up. NOT MY PROBLEM! Having someone standing there for that amoujnt of time is absolutely unacceptable and there is no excuse for it. I have been a patron for over 10years and I will say now I will NOT order from this location again ever. I now have to pay the driver who was so kind and patient extra tip for the money he has lost standing around waiting on a salad and some pasta. I am furious.

Very nice turkey dinner and pumpkin pie.I think you will really enjoy it too.And our server is very gentle and super nice too.We had a very enjoyable evening tonight.
