Cheesecake looked dry. No Ceasar salad or peach available like the menu says they have. The bathrooms are disgusting. Not a lot of cream cheese selection. Hot chocolate was awful it was 90 percent milk.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a 16 oz caramel macchiato that was extremely bitter and hard to drink. When I politely asked if it could be remade, the barista (Ken) was rude and insisted I’d have to buy a whole new drink. Other staff were kind and willing to help, but he argued with them and made the situation uncomfortable. Eventually it was fixed, but for $8, the service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

I gave this place 3 stars because of their washroom. It's disgusting, worse than an outhouse. No need for this filth. It's unfortunate I had to use it as the staff was friendly, atmosphere is good and so is food. If they keep the bathroom this dirty I hate to see the kitchen.

Food is expensive compartible with other coffee shops; the place is filthy dirty. If you touch the door nobs, the countertop, the tables 😖 🤮 the worst if the washroom ! You can see the dirt from the day the open this business ! See the video and judge by yourself. I wanted to go to a place different and help small owners, but I was very disappointed.

This neighbourhood cafe was cozy, spacious and very welcoming.
The menu is full of delicious options for a nice variety savoury and sweet. Very decent selection of beverages, food, snacks, sandwiches, desserts.
Friendly, fast and efficient service.
For drinks today, I decided to try my friend’s favourite a red symphony.✅
We shared a cinnamon bun and apple turnover. Impressive! Delicious! 😋

I am looking forward to trying some other things on the menu.

Barista definitely needs to up the game.. recently moved into the neighborhood and trying new cafes but their latte was way too dry. More cappuccino than a latte and there was that weird after taste I cant quite place a finger on it. Person at the cash didnt make a single eye contact and a little rude when I asked for wifi.
The lattes taste way better than big chain coffee shops, staff are always friendly, comfy seats available, parking is also easy to get a spot.

While doing a run of a show at Metro Theatre I came upon this spot for coffee in between shows. Just a tremendous cappuccino, nice sweet treat.
It's rare to find a cafe that is open into the evening and Wicks has really great hours for those of us who want a shot of bean juice beyond 4pm. Grateful they're here! Check them out in Marpole!!

I really like this cafe, but today this male employee is really pissing me off. I was lining up to order at the counter, and this guy that is taking stuff into the cafe from his car just straight up bump into me and pushed me using the coffee beans in his hands. I'm facing the counter so I couldn't possibly see him walking from behind me, and he doesn't even has the decency to say excuse me or simply ask me to move out of the way. Unbelievable. And then this happened for the second time, even after i moved closer to the table to make way, he still chose to squeeze through the small gap between me and the table, with a bunch of stuff in his hands. NOT EVEN A SINGLE SORRY OR EXCUSE ME.
