The signature bubble tea is highly recommended for its delightful creaminess and exceptional taste.

Unfortunately was a bit disappointed compared to what I usually get from here. Tried something other than the brown sugar drinks and it wasn't near the level I expected, but was still an average bubble tea. Will continue getting the brown sugar because it is always amazing

The brown sugar milk tea pearls are more like chocolate than brown sugar. I prefer going to Coco or Chatime. Also, they don’t accept AMEX.

Often pop in here on my way home since it’s conveniently located/hidden in the Granville skytrain station. Customer service is really kind and friendly and their pearls are freshly made everyday. The pearls are very chewy, and often a bit softer than other bbt shops. Particularly like their coffee boba milk, but I find the regular and green milk teas a bit too watery/bland here.

We’ve tried xin fu tang in the US and in Taiwan…the boba in this location is not the same - it tasted old and dry…we will not be coming back to this location.

The signature brown sugar pearl milk was fantastic. The boba was probably the best I had, right amount of ice and excellent mix of flavors!

The signature brown sugar bubble tea was delightful—rich, creamy, super sweet, like slurping a liquid cake. The service was warm and welcoming, adding to the experience. It's a treat I'd happily indulge in again when craving something decadent and satisfying. Highly recommend for bubble tea lovers!

Location is very clean and with beautiful decorations and furniture. Plenty of sitting space with tables. Staff are welcoming and nice. Very tasty and well made drinks.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room between tables for people with accessibility restraints to comfortably sit.
