Great place to try your favorite Taiwanese Milk Tea.. The location is inside the train station so kinda difficult to look for but there are signages outside so you won’t need to worry.The place open late so please wait as perfection takes time.. The store was clean even the washroom during our time of visit. The service was fast and the boba was fresh.. Yummy!! I think everything was fresh.There is no parking available and only limited seats available so if you want to order I also suggest doing it in Doordash or Ubereats as they are also available in those flatforms.The Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk Tea is a must-try.Wheelchair accessibility: Thru elevator

I took me a while to find this place. Driven by my craving for milk tea, I went around the vicinity of Hudson's Bay in search of it. There's a side exit at Hudson's Bay to Granville Station. And you can head down to the subway level from there. It's just right next to the gantry point to access the train platforms.The server was patient and provided recommendations for milk teas. The thing about getting a milk tea at Xing Fu Tang is the amount of sugar - from the boba and the brown sugar. I understand from them that the signature is actually their boba so if you must indulge, I would say go for their boba milk tea, and if it makes you better, leave out the brown sugar. There's residual brown sugar and sweetness from the boba.This place allows for you to dine in as there are some seats there.
