Went to Vancouver Brewing Company on Saturday early evening prior to the Whitecaps game. We were sat in the dining area which was very nice, the noise level increased gradually over the time we were there but was not too intrusive. As it was towards the end of the happy hour we chose from the happy hour menu. We shared the nachos and had beer and wine to go with. The nachos were quite tasty and the serving was sufficient for both of us to share. We would return to Yaletown Brewing Company again to enjoy more of the main menu.
This place used to be a staple in Yaletown now it's nothing more then a shell of it's former self, living off past glory and tourists. Atmosphere 3/5, Food 2/5, Dinks 3/5 Service 5/5. From the wings that were soggy and disgusting, the salads were not as described resembling McDonalds lettuce that has to much dressing and finally their staple the pizzas, we ordered two different kinds and they looked different but tasted the same. A mess of flavors were nothing stands out. Very disappointing.
This establishment is definitely Great Food!! Pizza!!! Generally a Favourite of locals in Vancouver “ Great Selection of Conversations and Brew house!!!
Low quality food and quite expensive comparing to similar places. We didn't have a great night.
Our group grew from 3 to 6 and were happily accommodated :) super energetic server who explain menu items and allergies! We would all return :) great food and lager!
Great service. Decent happy hour menu with good value. Pizza was good. Beer was excellent. Had the Porter and the Dark Ale. Great time with friends.
love the food and atmosphere at this restaurant! went here on my birthday because this is one of my favourite restaurants. sadly didn't have great service this time (though the servers are usually very polite). the waitress wasn't very kind to us, maybe because we were young? other than that, still a great restaurant for the most part!
The worst experience that I had, the waiter behaviour at the entrance was so rude and impolite His name was Nicholas!
Overall it was okay. Self serve doesn’t mean self serve, I almost jumped behind the counter to get a drink but luckily the bartender helped me out.
Excellent food, reasonable prices. The staff are efficient and friendly. I've been here many times and they are very flexible and accommodating. I'll be back again.

Just had a Negroni, but was the worst i've ever had... extremely sweet
Average beer. Average service.
We ordered 2 drinks and food to share. We waited for almost 45-50 mins and we still haven't received our food. I thought it was just really busy as it was a Saturday night. She didn't even come to our table to ask how's our drinks or something like what they usually do.
I called the waitress and followed up with my order. She said she totally forgot about my order. She apologized but I got really upset. I didn't say anything to her, but I was visibly upset.
She said she will give a discount. It doesn't matter anymore as I already lost my appetite.
When I tried to get more information on the different beers I received a laconic response from the waiter which surprises me in a micro brewery where generally there are enthusiasts who know their product.
I had a beer which was nothing exceptional and left this place regretting having made the detour (15 min in the rain) to go there
Food and beer were ok!
Service was great
You will be eating and rats eating under your table
