We ordered our wedding cake from here, and it was absolutely delicious and truly unforgettable. Helen was a joy to work with, she is very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. When our florist didn’t have extra flowers for the cake, Helen went above and beyond by sourcing beautiful flowers herself, which meant so much to us. The cake was very well priced, and communication and delivery were smooth and seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning for future cakes!

The cake was a delicious fusion of mango and matcha flavours, and the cupcakes were classic chocolate and vanilla. They weren’t too sweet, which was perfect for us. Helen was wonderful. She communicated with us well and made sure the cakes were delivered on time.

The lady was lovely and very helpful with a bright smile! I thought I couldn’t buy mango cake in November for my mom’s birthday. I’m so glad that I was able to find this bakery. I ordered a day before for pick up. The service was fast and efficient.
The mango was very fresh and flavourful. The sponge cake with the fresh cream was moist and light. The cake was not too sweet. My mom approved. :)

I had a pleasure of ordering my wedding cake from Helen and I really enjoyed her impeccable service. Helen's husband who is the baker, put together an amazing fresh-cream, lemon-filling cake. Helen delivered it to my wedding site and per my request, she decorated the cake with flowers and cake topper that I had previously ordered and it ended up looking the best wedding cake that I ever seen.
I look forward to placing an order of their cake for our wedding anniversary in the future because I loved it very much.
If I had an option, I would give 10 stars to Helen and hubby team. Such a sumptuous strawberry mousse cake. The texture of the sponge cake was meltingly soft. Fresh sweet tangy strawberries were a cherry on the pie. Not to forget the surprise stuffing of pineapple that gave an exotic touch to the cake. Helen’s suggestion, especially knowing how yummy the cake is gonna be, was so close to perfect. If I had ordered even an inch smaller, we all would be left craving for more. Last but not the least, Mr. Yan is incredible not just with preparing such amazing cakes but he is also writes beautifully on the cakes. His handwriting on the cakes is not a skill in English or chinese languages only, but also he did an amazing job writing those in an Indian language…!! Helen was very patiently, rather enthusiastically involved in sending me a sample picture of the writing to make sure I like it before they finalize it. From now on whether big or small, our cakes are only coming from Yan Bakery. 💕🎂

Yans Bakery is a neighborhood staple, been around since I was a kid and still the same owner and she is so great and kind and just focuses on delicious cakes. Got the Mango Cake for a friend's birthday and it was so delicious, soft and the Mangos were fresh and sweet.

Ordered 2 cakes, fresh mango and durian cake. Both were absolutely amazing - but the winner hands down was the fresh durian cake.
