I was first in line for BBQ pork takeout but was ignored while a customer who spoke the same language as the staff and arrived after me was served first. I left without saying anything. Disappointing service.
Pretty good BBQ Pork they have at this place the waitress was very friendly and the location is so convenient.

Yu Ki BBQ kitchen offers tasty Cantonese style BBQ meats. I ordered the roast duck on rice noodles, and it's my favourite dish. They also have a wide menu of items to choose from. If you're in the area you should give them a try if you like Cantonese BBQ items.

My family and I have always enjoyed eating at Yu Ki. The soy chicken with rice is amazing and is always served quickly after I order. I drive all the way from the Lougheed area to get to this place to eat their dishes. I highly recommend their soy chicken or BBQ pork. Both are brilliantly prepared.

This is a great family dinner restaurant ! The staff were cheerful and friendly towards my kids, providing high chairs and extra care with hot plates. Very accommodating towards allergens !

Saw this place around the neighborhood and decided to try it for the first time. I will definitely be coming back again to try other dishes!!! Service was quick, pricing was quite reasonable and food was delicious 😋

The Chinese BBQ here is delicious! The bbq pork was tender, flavourful, and juicy. The roast pork has crispy skin and juicy meat. The duck was good too and the rice is cooked perfectly. Service is basic and they mixed up our order a bit but food was amazing and it tastes almost as good as Hong Kong BBQ master, which is very impressive.

Bad attitude, long wait time. No worth your money and time.

Very disappointing experience. The woman serving us was rude and completely unprofessional.
I hope the owner actually takes time to read customer reviews — not just mine, but others too. You can clearly see a pattern of bad service comments from different people. It’s not a coincidence.
Good food can never make up for poor customer service. If you expect people to keep coming back, start by training your staff to listen, respect customers, and take responsibility. Otherwise, you’ll keep losing business, one unhappy customer at a time.

The food is just average — nothing special, typical of most Chinese restaurants. But the real issue here is the terrible attitude from the server. I’m not sure if she’s the owner, but if not, I seriously hope the owner reads this and trains the staff properly.
If you’re working in a restaurant, you should at least understand what the customer is ordering. She completely misunderstood my order, then argued with me and even gave me a nasty look. Totally unacceptable.
We’re paying customers — we paid for our food, and you’re getting paid to do your job. If you don’t want to work or treat people with respect, maybe you shouldn’t be in this business at all.

I don’t think I would give a review because of the food, but the attitude of the lady at cashier is unacceptable. I ordered food here for 5 years but this will be my last time ordering food from here. I ordered the crispy pork and it’s charged at $18, the first box (in first picture) she gave to me was full of fat, all skin got ripped off. It was never like this before, so I requested for an exchange or a refund if they are out of it (in a polite way). I explained to her that it was too fat, we can’t have it. She started yelling and doesn’t want to take it back, but me, I just need a solution. She doesn’t want to refund either, and after arguments, she finally agreed to exchange it to me, but I decided to leave it full piece for me this time. She served other people first and let me wait. I’m ok. Then she raised voice to call me over after serving all other customers. I felt very disrespectful as a customer. She gave me a new piece and asked me to pay $2.05 more, which is more what I paid before. However, at this point I just need something that I can eat. Luckily I checked it before I leave! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE PAYING to avoid any trouble like this. I don’t think any body would buy something for $20 like the first picture! I have to say one more time: her attitude is really unacceptable, very rude to customers.

Food was very good, however you can tell they try to cut cost in their dishes by cutting out some ingredients. The woman who served us came off as rude. Seemed to have a lot of attitude. Made the experience bad enough for me not come back.

I first heard about this place over dinner with one of my cousins. She had brought home roast pork and holy moly it was pretty good.
So I was on my usual long walk in the morning with my dog and decided to pass by here. Now I already tried the roast pork so I'm wondering how the bbq pork was. I ordered a half pound to share with my dog on the walk home.
Dude... Have you ever closed your eyes and the food melts with you? It was just as I expected. The service was very friendly and the gentlemen who was cutting was very friendly and liked to chat about how my day is. They didn't even mind my dog inside waiting in que. To my surprise I didn't know it was a restaurant. I will come back sometime for lunch or dinner.
So far so good, real good.

The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the choose your own favorite dinner combo and got Roasted Pork with Braised Tofu, Beef with Ginger and Green Onion and BBQ Pork and Shrimp Fried Rice. All the dishes were flavourful and cooked to perfection. The meat was moist and tender, while the veggies maintained its crispiness giving the perfect texture in every bite. The set also comes with complimentary soup and a creamy tapioca dessert. Kudos to the chef that prepared each dish on the spot! It was a comforting dinner indeed.
