I was excited to try new Chinese noodle shop. I ordered beef noodle soup, the soup tasted quite blend at first, but I added some marinated/pickled vegetables, it got better. The food was alright, but not worth the price. I expected better quality and taste for what I paid.

I ordered their signature Golden Broth Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles, and it was absolutely delicious. The soup base was rich and flavorful without feeling heavy or greasy. The portion was huge—easily enough for two people to share. All the accompanying ingredients were very fresh. The broth was so good that I skipped adding cilantro, green onions, chili, etc.—the original flavor really is the highlight.
Service was warm and attentive. I was told you can get free refills of the rice noodles, which shows real generosity from the restaurant. The tofu pudding was also unexpectedly good, with a house-made syrup topping. Another plus: the restroom was spacious and very clean when I visited in the morning.
The quality here is far better than similar spots in the city. I hope they keep up the consistency—I’ll definitely be coming back.

We ordered gluten-free rice noodle chicken soup. When we got home and opened the order it was a huge mountain of GLUTEN on top of the noodles.

Gave this new store a try on. Rainy day, really good broth ! One of the few places u can finish the entire soup without feeling overloaded with sodium. Definitely coming back.
Note: a little bit of spice in the soup so should let kitchen know to opt for non-spicy if you cannot eat spicy.
Around $16/bowl with good portion of protein

Walked past this new Yunnan rice noodle spot and decided to give it a try. I actually came after reading some mixed reviews online a few suggest review made me hesitate at first, but it seems like the restaurant’s really making improvements, so I figured I’d give them a chance. Being Taiwanese, I had to get the beef noodles is just felt right🤣
First time having noodles with mint, which sounded a bit weird, but it actually worked! They were out of beef tendon😔, but the staff were super nice and gave me some extra beef instead. Broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef was tender enough to practically melt in my mouth, the mint added a nice fresh touch that balanced everything.
The restaurant owner was really friendly too (and cute)personally greeting each guest and patiently explaining how to enjoy the Yunnan-style noodles. It was kind of cute and made the whole experience even better🥰
Since they just opened, they were giving out cute little plush toys too! Perfect comfort food for a chilly Vancouver day. Four stars for now, tendon next time and it’s definitely five👌

Had the beef broth noodles and really enjoyed it. Couldn’t finish the entire portion, but special nod to the tendon, the flavour and texture was amazing. Broth was great, a slightly lighter flavour, but pretty good as far as bone broth goes. I loved the chili oil and pickled vegetables at the topping bar! Will be back.

To be completely honest, I love soup and have visited many soup restaurants down the hill. However, I was disappointed with this one; both the quality and quantity fell short. The freshness was lacking, and although we were enticed by the picture menu to order the beef noodles, what we received was quite misleading.

Foods portions are real small and broth tastes just like water with SMG. We literally pour water and get the napkins ourselves and they ask for 15% tips.
Good Rice Noodle Soup !!! A little oily though, not sure if it’s the style of noodle soup. A bit bland on the soup, so make sure you add condiments that’s on the side table.
The rice noodle is good & soft. Pretty delicious.

Small but nice clean noodle place, limited seat and no space at the front reception while waiting. Their in house special dish, a little overpriced for lunch because of the presentation is good well layout with different raw meats, in practice have to put into their hot chicken soup ourselves before eating, for fun yes. Services is fair. Overall the food is good.
