I will never eat there again. I have eaten there many times before and once I had a spoon with dish soap or some unknown liquid soaked in the soup. We reacted like the store but still paid. But since I don’t feel stomachache every time I eat it and it tastes pretty good, I come here to eat it quite often. But the most important thing is that the service attitude of the young lady is so bad~ I don’t understand why you still have to work if you don’t want to make money? ? ? ? ? It really opened my eyes to the diversity of species (I have never seen such people in the service industry, maybe it is my short-sightedness and limited knowledge hehe) There are such people in the service industry in this world!

Chinese pickled vegetable broth fish rice noodles is too oily. Soup is too salty. I wish this dish had more other veggies such as corn beans or spinach like MeetRice.

The food is ok but the environment is so noisy with bubble tea machine working around. Also, the staff was not trained at all! They didn’t even have hot water to serve( incredibly insane for a Chinese restaurant) more than that I ordered 娃娃菜 but they served me 大白菜. Staff are too busy to take care the meal so why don’t you hire more staff or have less people to come. A rice noodle costs less than 5 dollars to make but charge 18 dollars require a way better environment and service. Disappointed!

I have terrible experience in this restaurant. Coming to have lunch with family but there is lack of staff working. Seems only 1-2 staffs keeps running around. We tried to obtain service but delay without a reason. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Would give 0 stars for bad service if I’m allowed to. Not only did they mess up both me and my girlfriend’s orders completely (they gave us spicy soup base as opposed to tomato). They have the audacity to ask for “mandatory” tips. They claimed that the “credit card machine would not work if we do not give tips”. The entitled attitude and audacity to lie to your customers after bad service is baffling to me. We ended up paying tips at the end as we did not want to get into an argument after being in the restaurant for one and half hours. I suggest future customers to challenge their lies and attitude if time allows.I appreciate the fact that you respond to negative reviews. That being said. I have seen many 1 star reviews that describe very similar experiences from months ago. I can’t help but wonder if the owners are actually taking actions. As well as if the active responses to negative reviews just desperate attempts to save your public image?

The staff are soooo sweet. My baby was crying and having trouble falling back to sleep. I didn’t notice right away but I realized they started playing lullabies on their sound system. The entire restaurant silent and all I could hear is the music playing for my baby. It was so thoughtful. I didn’t get a chance to thank them for being so nice and patient with us. Thank you for being so kind to us! It certainly didn’t go unnoticed. The food is also amazing - the sauerkraut fish noodles are a MUST.

Might not actually be open at 10 according to open hours listed here. Knocked, called from door and no-one picked up or noticed me.Servings are large with unlimited noodle refills. Taste is okay -- not exceptional but not bad. Decent comfort food. Service is sometimes slow but I think it depends on the waiter/timing. Have gone repeatedly and the wait time for refills/water/ordering varies a lot.Personally prefer a more flavourful soup base, especially if you intend to refill noodles. Personal go tos are spicy and sour cabbage.Would return once in a while, especially since the temperature is getting colder.

The portion size is super big! The taste is ok, I will say for the price you’re paying is worth it due to the big servings. There’s also an unlimited refill of noodles too but they took quite a long time to get us the refill.

Food was decent except the employees are so unaware of everything. People walking in? Unaware. People asking for help? Unaware. One of the employees has just the weirdest and unfriendly attitude it makes the place feel very unwelcoming. Honestly disappointed :/

This place slaps hard! You order via your phone, even when dining in, and the waiters will bring the food to you. Their dishes are very generous with their portions and pricing. The brown sugar mochi is very very good, and I also highly recommend their rice noodle with spicy sauce :)
