I visited this restaurant with a friend from out of town on a rainy day, craving something warm but not particularly hungry. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. One of the male servers was incredibly rude, making mocking remarks about whether we were vegetarians because we didn’t order meat and even commented on how little we ordered.
We also brought bubble tea with us, which the staff clearly saw when we entered. If we had known outside drinks weren’t allowed, we would have chosen a different restaurant. Instead, the server waited until after we placed our order to inform us, then took our drinks away, only returning them after we paid.
In a previous visit, I tried to pay for my friend and myself with a credit card, but the transaction didn’t go through for reasons beyond my control. The same server dismissively said that there were insufficient funds, despite my assurance that there were. His tone and attitude were unnecessarily humiliating.
The entire experience left me frustrated and uncomfortable. It’s a shame, as I’ve had good experiences with other staff members here in the past. However, this male server left such a bad impression that I won’t be returning to this location. I’m giving two stars because the rest of the staff has always been kind and professional.

My favorite hot pot restaurant in Vancouver. The food, soup base, and sauce ingredients are fresh and quality. I got the fish and chicken soup base that’s been cooked for hours till it gets milky and creamy. At the end the broth itself was a highlight. They have a summer feast promo going on and so worth it!
Great customer service. The servers are really attentive to your table. It is family friendly as well. As for the food, it is high quality. The soup bases were amazing, and their most popular base, the coconut chicken, definitely lived up to its popularity. Would definitely recommend.

Wanted something new, something different, AND we got it! I loved the experience here, highly recommend this winderful restaurant.
To begin with the staff are amazing. Our waiter EDEN was exceptional at explaining how things work, how to enjoy the "HotPot Culture", as Eden phrased it. ? he was so helpful, watching over our pots until they boiled, sharing how to cook and for how long. And!!! When we were ready to leave he graciously filled our to go container for us. Did not just drop it and go! (Hence 5 ? ) I watch the other staff work, and they all seem to operate with the same customer satisfaction.
The food!!! OMG... so we'll displayed and tasted sooooo good. The Wagu Beef Fried rice dish - to die for!!! Perfectly fried and seasoned.... yes a must try.

Everything was excellent. The fish slices in particular are cut very well. The perfect thinness so that it’s tender but doesn’t fall apart. Meats were all very good. The spicy broth was quite spicy. Service was very nice. The pre-set bundle was a bit confusing as it wasn’t clear what exactly is included in it, aside from a small photo. We ended up just ordering a la carte and everything was good.

Very good place and very good value for money. The waiters always come to the table to assist you although some waiters are a little shy. The food was great although I must say that the spice is VERY SPICY. We ordered the medium and it tasted like the highest. I don't think we will go again because of the location in the middle of nowhere. I am still wondering if one of the dishes we ordered was in bad condition. I think the beef bone they had made the soup with was overcooked.
