Updated review: Less than one week later, I was craving for sushi again and came back! If you only care about fish quality and price, this is the best takeout place. Only small complaint is the sweet shrimp wasn’t very good (it’s also not in season though) and the rice was too cold for some of the pieces.
My new ranking of favorites: - salmon belly, by far - salmon - hotate - squid - unagi oshi - salmon aburi - hamachi
Was ok: - rolls - beef teriyaki bento (tempura needs to be crispier and lighter) - spicy chopped scallop - tuna toro
What I would skip: - amaebi (sweet shrimp)

Pleasantly surprised, considering it’s only one guy working the whole restaurant that’s very small and unassuming. The sushi was very good - especially the salmon belly. The chef’s special was good too but next time I’d like to try nigiri’s instead of aburi. Better than a lot of other small sushi places. Honestly better tasting than some of the nicer sushi places too. The squid and scallop are creamy. The salmon belly is so savory. And the rolls (Santa roll, king roll) weren’t bad, I’d try different ones next time. The ginger is sweet and refreshing. Solid place for sushi, I hope the guy gets more business! He was non-stop moving.

I ordered take out and the tuna sashimi was a bit chewy. The bento box sushi and tempura were ok. Nothing great but everything was fine.

I was close buying getting my tires changed at Midas, so I thought to stop by here for sushi. It's a small place, which is ok with me. For the atmosphere, it needs some loving touch/updates. Friendly service! I ordered the chicken teriyaki box which comes with a miso soup. The miso soup was very thin/disappointing :( I had asked for some changes for the Bento box as I don't eat crab nor prawn, which was no problem to change. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce, but they forgot. Good portion. Instead of California Roll I asked for Yam tempura, but got sweet potato tempura (cheaper). All over taste was ok, but I wouldn't go back until quality is better which I find for the same price at other sushi places.

The Oshi Sushi (Aburi style) is really good. We had the veggie tempura as starters—it was really good and the miso soup also good.
They open at 11:30am not 11am as Google says. And you get a discount for takeout.

It was OK. California roll is from fridge though. Oshi fish is a bit overdone, not raw enough. The special roll I forgot the name was pretty interesting, it is very hot! First time try a hot sushi roll but it’s not bad at all.

I ordered Uber Eats and it exceeded my expectations! Probably one of the best sushi places I’ve ordered from recently. The salmon oshi was warm and fresh. The only issue was that the ginger seemed a little bad, but the sushi was great.
