There weren't many people there when we went, which I was surprised by given how good the food was. It's a rare thing that I can say that I truly enjoyed ALL of the dishes we got- we ordered plates for the table- but it's absolutely true. We got the sweet and sour chicken, which perfectly crispy and definitely not stringy, with perfectly crispy vegetables including grilled mango, and had plenty of sauce. (And I'm not a vegetable person in general). The shanghai fried noodle was perfectly sauced, the noodles perfectly cooked. The spicy chicken was also perfectly spicy- not hot, but specifically spicy, which is a taste I haven't had much and really enjoy. The scallion pancakes were just the right amount of flaky, and the guotie was also pretty great. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. I enjoyed it just as much the next day for leftovers!

It's definitely one of the top Shanghai restaurants in town. Good price with good portion and top quality of food. Friendly service providing good suggestions.Parking: Little hard to find. Just call the restaurant and clear instructions will be told.

Excellent good. Recommended. When visiting Kits, this is one restaurant I never fail to visit again and again. Never been disappointed.

Overall, it’s not bad, I love their Ma Lan Tou tofu. Even though they call themselves a Shanghai restaurant but they have some Guangdong food. The service is so good!

Western style Chinese food level, but authentic Chinese food price. Soupy dumpling is eatable, but everything else is disaster. I saw ppl beside us popping champagne, good luck with whatev they are celebrating.

Food was okay, some dishes were way too salty. Service was poor; my aunt tried to order 2 pieces of fried donut and they gave us 2 orders (4 pieces). The waitress apologized for the mistake but still charged us for both orders.Dinner was ~$500 for our two tables but when my aunt paid $550, they complained she hadn’t tipped enough and asked for more. We ended up tipping $10 more (to which they agreed was fair) but don’t think we’ll ever dine here again.

Came here through a recommendation of a friend. She wasn’t wrong about how good the food was.The dishes came out fast. Each one tasted better than the next. My favourite was the Whole Fish with Sweet & Sour. A deep fried fish (including the head) covered in sauce. ?? So good that I even tried eating the fin to get the last bit of meat. ?Second favourite would have to be the Salted Egg Yolk Prawns. You have to get this dish if you’re a fan of salted duck eggs everything. ?They were very accommodating with requests. I’m a wimp when it comes to spicy food. So they gave us chilli oil on the side for our Hot & Sour Soup. That way the spicy people in our group can add the heat according to their level. AMAZING.We didn’t have one bad dish. They were all great. ?? Well … maybe just one. The Crispy Bean Curd that I was expecting to be crispy; wasn’t crispy. It was too soft to be even called crispI will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes like the Eight Stuffing Duck or Smoked Duck.

The food was only ok and wasn't very authentic Shanghainese. The price was decent and service was good.

Odered delivery. I ordered a baby cabbage and they gave me all of the bottom parts of the cabbage, I wonder where are all the leafs of the cabbage. Also ordered a zonzi and kaofu. My stomach felt so bad after eating it and I literally threw up. I assume they put too much MSG in their dishes.
