Really good food and a neat place. I went on a Tuesday night and it wasn’t too busy but I enjoyed it. The ramen flight is a must try!

Came in and we were quickly served by the hostest and given our seating options. She seperated tables so we could sit by the window which was so thoughtful of them.
The pricing is very reasonable especially considering the high quality of the food. My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Currey which was so flavourful anf filling, I ordered the Tonkotsu Raman which was very rich in flavour and the ingerdiants were so of the freshest I have ever had in ranmen from a resturant.
The soda was a bit off teasting for our liking but I suspect thats due to it coming from the bar fountain which isnt uncomon.
Will recomend to all my friends!

The food was delicious. Our waiter was terrible. She and another one seemed completely oblivious when i asked for the bill 3 times. Our dessert was late, and i asked for it to be removed from our final bill and bring us the check because we just wanted to leave. She brought the dessert to us without the bill.
Then we waited again for the bill. It was long enough that we were contemplating and wondering if the staff would even notice if we walked out.

Ate here on a Sunday noon.
We were forced to sit outdoors as it was too hot inside. Felt like the heater was on during summer time.
Music was too loud for a ramen place. I had to shout to be able to have a discussion with my family.
Food is mediocre. Wife had seafood platter and didn’t taste fresh. Ramen was so so.

I walked in with my wife. Waited at the front desk for 15 min. No greeting or any assistance to help us with a seat. Walked out and went to Earls instead where we felt welcomed and appreciated for dining with them.

Food was ok in terms of taste and quantity. The price is slightly more expensive compared to other good ramen in downtown Vancouver.
The server was polite and efficient. He also checked on us several times which was good.
They have a happy hour from Monday to Thursday and that's when the ramen prices drop around $3 which is not bad.
The total vibe was a mess. The theme / ambiance has no connection to the food. You may not get the ramen vibe but it's not an ear and go. We didn't feel like we were rushed to leave and we were able to enjoy the food and have a quick rest and chat before we left.
The lighting was on the darker side. The restroom is smelly and dirty.

I’ve tried 2 times before today to a very underwhelming experiences. I tried to like this place as I live in the neighborhood and I work industry.
My guest was excited to try it as she has heard the ramen was good.
We were first told that the patio was closed, even tho it was a nice day but they sat us a decent table next to the window. This was As good as it gets. Unfortunately that was the best part of this experience.
We were sat, and then ignored for the better part of 20 minutes even though we were told happy hour would be ending soon, which is not what brought us in. But it was a bonus we never got. Even water, a basic of food service was never brought. When I say no one after seating us, acknowledged us, not even the busser said anything. I mean it was infuriating considering there were only 6 tables and three people on the floor. A simple hi, I’m your server, I’m a little swamped but I’ll be with you as soon as I can be would have went a long way.
I was EMBARRASSED that I brought my guest with me.
I will never return. Horin on Robson, Ramen Danbo. Hell, even Jinya I will recommend before you go here. What a joke.

I almost let poor reviews prevent me from going to such a lovely restaurant, I'm glad I went despite them. The food was delicious, the menu options were unique and interesting, the service was very friendly and lively, and the atmosphere was perfect at night. I felt like I was in Japan! The only reason I gave the food a 4 was the presentation on the ramen could've been a bit better, the kale on top of my creamy chicken ramen wilted in places from the heat which is expected, but looked rather unappetizing to my eyes. It was just a visual thing though! As it was actually very tasty.
Also I found a slightly dirty spot on my plate (but personally I'm not too bothered by that and it's common in a lot of busy restaurants, but I still wanted to mention it because some people get really picky about that.
Final thoughts: I also ordered some sake and it was so smooth, I like how they served it with sharing cups too, the cucumber lemonade was refreshing and crisp, and their appetizer+ mini ramen +small dessert combo was a good deal.
The place looked clean, I didn't see any bugs in my food, bathrooms were fine.
I would love to go here again!
I've attached a photo of the Tonkotsu Ramen my friend had.
