Service & ambiance were amazing but the vegan food wasn’t great. Tofu roll had no flavour just rice & tofu wrapped up & the tofu bowl same. No flavour and no sauce. Not worth it.

Came by with friends and was extremely surprised. The service was amazing, the server named Scarlett that served us was extremely kind and patient. She walked us through the menu and tried her best to help us find the drinks and food that we would like most. Truly recommend. The manager was also very kind. Just overall 10/10!

Exquisitely delicious food. They have happy hour from 2-5 with special prices. The kids meal had a bit of everything from the restaurant. There is no sushi, only takoyaki which you make your own roll. The best plate was the mixed appetizers plate. Really good. The ramen came in three flavors, pork, chicken and Vegetarian. The chicken ramen was really good with fresh micro veggies
We visited this café for the first time and were pleasantly impressed. The staff is very friendly and polite, the food is of a decent level, and the children’s menu even turned out to be a gift. We really enjoyed the delicious cocktails. Another nice surprise was the coins for the game machine at the entrance, where the kids could win a prize. There are lots of small pleasant details that make the place special. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

My family and I visited here before a concert and loved the food and service. The ramen is very flavourful and the meat was incredibly tender. The standouts were the spicy chicken ramen and the pork tonkotsu ramen. The appetizers were equally good. Prices are fair, and the atmosphere is great. They also have a beer deal which was nice.
We had an amazing experience at Zubu!! we tried out the ramen flight (so fun to sample different flavors) and the $5 Japanese style crispy chicken literally hit the spot, tried Japanese sake for the first time and finished off with the cheesecake which did not disappoint. Shout out to Jonathan, who was very helpful and the nicest server, he really made the visit special. Patio was lovely too. I highly recommend this place, we'll be back soon.
