The food had metal wire in it. Let the kitchen know, did not appear to care much.

The food was good, and the server was super kind. My friend and I usually go to another ramen place, and we decided to go try the ramen here since it's kinda new and it's close to our workplace. The place was cozy, and they were very welcoming. I tried spicy chicken ramen, but I was not sure how spicy level I could handle. The server offered the sauce on the side, and we really enjoyed our soup with extra sauce. It was very filling so we couldn't try the dessert.

Ramen soups were tasty, we both had the spicy chicken. Mild was hardly spicy at all and my husband ordered medium. They give you plenty of siracha and a savory spice on the side that adds richness to the flavor. We each ordered a hand roll - a cucumber and a spicy tuna. The sushi roll in combination with the large soups were the perfect size for each of us. Good reliable place for a quick bowl of ramen.

Ramen was tasty buuuuuuuut,We were group of six and the restaurant was maybe 50% full. So a lot of free tables. They have tables for 2-4-6 and probably more people.I was surprised to hear that if it a group of six people we need to pay 18 tips includedAnd what if we all take different tables. What’s the difference?I thought they making money by trying to get more customers and serve more food as possible. What will happens if we are not agree?Probably you pay tips based on how the service was provided even sometimes in spite the taste of food. But suddenly they doing their jobs and ask for more.

Imo: These tables are too close together. Ramen babes need room for ramen babies. The ramen is tasty and the menu options seem interesting. We would come back for the ramen flight if they ever get that going. That being said, I would avoid the fries (dry) and the edamame (cold) in favor of the hand rolls, which are both fun and tasty.

Lowkey a really good spot especially for a date. Really calm, but trendy and hip. Staff is really nice and appear often enough for assistance. I got the regular size Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen bowl but the all day wednesday happy hour surprised me above all. Great appetizers, great food and nice location. I’d recommend.

I frequently dine at this restaurant, and I've had an idea in mind for quite a while. I wish the menu would indicate the allergens in the dishes. This way, I could decide the meal by myself, without asking the servers to confirm for me. I believe this would be more efficient and greater sense of security for me. Nowadays, more and more restaurant are providing such information. That would be nice if Zubu can follow up.
Valerie provided incredible service, with amazing recommendations for both ramen and beer I would definitely go again just for her. She was amazing, super friendly and had amazing recommendations ? thank you Valerie ?

Went there on a Tuesday after lunch rush. Only 4-5 tables with customers. They took my daughter's 3/4 full drink and put in their cooler because they don't accept outside food and drink. The food was okay, and the menu was different than the website said. Service was slow with the same number of servers and seated tables. They didn't give my son's kid menu dessert. And my daughter didn't get her $8.00 drink back when we left. Will not go back to this restaurant chain.

Like some other reviwers, I came this downtown location for their Ramen Flights. But they didn't have it. I turned out ordered their March special Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen. It's absolutely above average. Something definitely worth trying. I also got Yuzu Cream an alcohol drink. It's creamy and tasty. I'd recommend that too.
