I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Zubu Kerrisdale, and I can confidently say this is some of the best ramen store I've ever had. The broth was rich and flavorful. The noodles had a great texture just how they should be.
The toppings were generous and high quality - the chashu was melt-in-my-mouth tender, the egg was perfectly marinated, and the green onions added a nice freshness. I also loved the attention and detail in the presentation.

Nice spot, good service, friendly staff, good food, nice and clean, open kitchen.

They have an online rewards points system, excellent happy hour pricing on food, rotating seasonal dishes and roadside outdoor seating in picnic tables beside 41st.

Crispy chicken ramen, I highly recommend!

Vegetarian options: There is a really good vegan ramen bowl!

I had a great time at the ramen store. The ramen was very delicious. I ordered the seafood plate but it was delayed, so they provided a free appetizer as compensation. Overall, it was a positive experience.
