The gyoza... Was a pocket of air with a little bit of food in it. I'm not sure if they make these on site average less than average
.... The chicken teriyaki was horrible 😳
If you're going to make chicken teriyaki it's got to be fresh cooked chicken. Pre-cooked chicken really

DON’T COME HERE!! Fancy Sushi was a big disappointment. The salmon sashimi was paper thin with barely any fish. The dynamite roll was smothered in spicy mayo, completely ruining the flavor. Way too much sauce, very little quality. For the price, it felt sloppy and cheap. Would not recommend.

I recently visited fancy sushi Restaurant and so it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating that made it perfect for both family dining and casual get-togethers.

The service was attentive without being overwhelming. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions.
Prices were reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. The only small drawback was the wait time during peak hours, but the food was definitely worth it.

I really enjoyed the sushi! It was fresh, tasty, and beautifully made. The rice was soft, and the fish was very good. My favorite was the salmon roll. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. I would love to go again!

Fantastic food - happy to drive an hour to go here. The stuffed avocado was great. Fast and pleasant service.
Very reasonably priced. Excited to have found a new place to go.

The sushi is really good, I usually go for a tofu roll or yam tempura/avocado roll. The service is always great. Definitely one my go to place when I’m in Vanderhoof.

We sat down with our family of 6(4 kids) and looked over the menu, and asked questions. They were happy to oblige us. They made us Temaki out of Nigiri that my son asked for. We got the TLC platter also. Every bite of it was delicious! 100% recommend going here! Everything was fresh and sooo good!

Very delicious. I visited Japan and was depressed with the quality of sushi in Canada afterwards. This is the exception.

We ordered for these:
1. Short ribs - A bit costly, disappointing, too small, but it tasted fine with the lemon pepper seasoning.
2. Shoyu ramen - It was good but please provide the deep spoon for the soup, not a silverware.
3. Philadelphia rolls - Nothing special
4. Spicy California rolls - It was sriracha on top rather than the “togarashi” (Japanese 7-spice powder)

The place is not authentic with Indian staff mostly. I expected it won’t be that authentic, but generally, we are fine with the food. Nothing special though.

I am literally obsessed with this restaurant, I call and order so much they literally ask if it’s me as soon as I start talking lol.. I 100% recommend this place! Never had a bad dish! Definitely one of the best restaurants in vanderhoof!

Nothing special about this place, it was just alright. Sashimi was cut very weirdly. Tempura was a mix of crispy and soggy. I wasn’t amazed by the food or the service. Pricey as well. Probably would not try again.
