“So I ordered a large pizza, thin crust, pepperoni with 3 dipping sauces from pizza pizza. I ordered through spyce. I noticed that there were only 2 dips when it arrived and the pizza did look great, however neither the driver nor pizza pizza would take ownership for the delivery of the 3rd missing sauce. Furthermore when I called pizza pizza a woman answered my inquiry by stating they put the creamy garlic sauce on the pizza INSTEAD of tomato sauce. Naturally this is not what I was looking for, and asked for a proper replacement. I was not happy.

The good news it that the ownership of pizza pizza reached out to me shortly after and offered to remake my order. I am very happy with the reactive solution, and look forward to my replacement pizza. This is the kind of customer service that customers should expect. Knowing that management cares about their customers, they may have made a repeat customer out of me after all!“
