I pre-ordered lefsa last year & awaited shipment arrival, I received a call and my partner picked up multiple packages. This year I decided to stop in on my way from Kelowna back to Kamloops and I’m glad I did. What an amazing spot, the gentleman who served me was so welcoming, funny and kind. My only regret was not bringing a cooler to buy more! Absolute 10/10 service and seafood shop, and I really appreciate they bring in lefsa, it’s exactly like my Nanny would make, and that’s everything to me.

Positively the best place for fresh fish and seafood and gourmet ingredients store in town. AFKOF also have meals made there too. They have multiple freezers so you can get your sushi making supplies. Lots of grocery items for making your own authentic Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Korean, Indonesian or Scandinavian cuisines!! I also get Bob or Kathy to sharpen all my knives. Great job each time. ***** Now the AFKOF has a new owner, Jeff, who is as competent and has a great personality too.
The talented team of cooks there can do some catering for your parties too. 😃 People on a KETO diet can get their high protein and high (healthy) fats here. This is nature's best KETO grocery store. ❤️
I'll miss Bob and Kathy when they 100% retire but the running of AFKOF looks like it's in good hands.

This place has amazing selection of fresh and frozen delights, plus extra stuff like rice and sauces. We had friends in town visiting and got a bag of the frozen Argentinean shrimp and sushi rice for supper and WOW was it ever good!! Add a nice salad and it was such a healthy meal. LOVE this place.
A must if you are Vernon! Friendly knowledgeable staff and fresh tastier fish!
