Bea, Harry & rest of staff amazing! So much so that this is where tables of locals choose to start their day every morning! Harry is walking around ensuring the place is spic and span and offering free refills. The staff remember even the number of creams you put in your coffee. They are like family - there’s nowhere that I can have such remarkable service in a glass mug where the surroundings and bathrooms are spotless! They are spot on compared to Tim Hortons and MacDonalds.

The burger was very good. I don’t like tomato on my teen burger and they adhered to my request. This location makes a good burger as others don’t. Service good burger was fresh. Thank you to the staff.

I had to literally yell my order loudly several times. The older gentleman that works there is amazing, but the 2 women shouldn’t be working the drive thru if they have issues understanding English. The Polson location staff are amazing!

A few days ago I went through the drive thru and ordered a teen burger combo. I got about 5 mins down the road and reached in the bag for some fries. They were cold and not in the least fresh. Felt like something your kids dropped on the floor of your car that you found a month later. I then pulled over and checked the burger and it was not even toom temperature. So I drive back though the drive thru and ask for my money back. I'm assuming the man that interceded was the manager as he offered to make my order a fresh one. To which I declined as it should have been fresh to begin with. So he refunded my money and then motioned with his hand for the pop that I still had in my car. I guess not even a free pop for wasting my time and being given cold food was a thought. I won't be back!! I gave it 2 stars ONLY because the woman who was at the drive thru was pleasant.
