There was a time when I went to an A&W restaurant it was one of the most anticipated things that me and the kids were looking forward to, a nice family restaurant with excellent quality of service quiet and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the best hamburger fries and world-renowned root beer. That wasn't long ago, regretfully, it all changed for the worse. The loud noise was exasperated by the dragging of the chairs on the cement floor followed by the screaming staff at the counter for the order pick-up and children running around as if the restaurant is now a playground ignored by the parents and staff. Imagine trying to enjoy your meal in chaos and with unprecedented disregard for the family who just spent $80 for the meal we could not finish. There's got to be a better way of prioritizing the customer over the order pick-up protocol. The absence of any concern for the paying customer will eventually lead to the loss of all returning customers or hopefully a change in the way that the restaurant sets it's priority.

The kindness of the staff and the amazing service impressed me so much! Everyone smiles and they look like they are having fun as they work! Plus the food was freshly made and delicious! Best A&W I have ever been to, and go to all of them....

This is by far the best fast food in town. The staff are great, the food is high quality and the newly renovated restaurant looks good. This business does a great job of supporting our local community, participating in many events like the recent Black Dress Gala in support of the Archway Society. It’s Canadian too!

Teen buger is the best burger. I love them and the drive through guys are super friendly, even often offer my dog a treat (she thinks it's Tim's for a Timbit). They do have an app so you can collect points if you go often
I came here under duress as my friend likes fast food but turned out to be really good. The Teen burger was moist even with an extra egg inside. Was so good we went again for breakfast the following day.

Dilapidated and outdated.
On numerous occasions different staff have stated their drive through voice box is in like working condition leading to hard to hear orders. I had it with repeating myself and wing asked to yell.
One would assume a restaurant across the street from it's head quarters would have up go date and good working .achines which are an integral part of their process.
I won't go back till I see a new box and a replaced drive through. Disgraceful.
