Blenz Coffee

Convenient, great service, nice atmosphere. However, from a huge range of baked goods none are vegan/plant-based. A few options would be so appreciated. A plus is the offering of plant-based milks.

First and foremost, I have switched to Blenz Coffee because they are Canadian. Sorry to folks working at Timmy's & Starbucks, it's about Trump, not you.
Located in an area with plenty of other shops, services, and restaurants, it's a good one-stop location. Free parking and no issues.
Coffee Blenz is clean and has a nice atmosphere.
There's nothing exceptional about the drinks & and snacks, but it's good.
It still blows my mind that a coffee, muffin, and 15% tip is more than $10. However, all these coffee shops are the same. Timmy's is cheaper, but I'd score them lower on all counts too.
This Coffee Blenz has not been short-handed on staff every time I've been there. I think that they could provide a little better service. For example; after ordering, if a person sits while their order is prepared, bring it to them. If only takes seconds and it conveys appreciation for tips and our decision to attend here.
FYI: Unlike some shops/restaurants, the people working here do get the tips.

Fantastic spot to relax for a couple of hours. The management is outstanding, the place is impeccably clean, and the coffee is absolutely amazing!

I’ve visited many Blenz Coffee locations across Canada, but this one in Vernon, which I randomly came to, is exceptional. Everything is fantastic, and the customer service is great.

I used to love their peanut butter/chocolate protein shake and it was so thick that I had a hard time sucking it up through a straw. Lately it has been either watered down or missing ingredients because it is no longer thick. The other day I visited the Kelowna Blenz at the mall and the protein shake was the original thick shake. The new owners need to take note of this and stop cutting corners or lose business because loyal customers deserve better.

Tell the staff to try being pleasant

New owners are great. Staff are always smiling and friendly. Staff located and kept my forgotten/lost cell phone till I could return to retrieve it - THANK YOU!!! New umbrellas are a welcome. Lattes and protein shakes are my favorite. Great atmosphere at Blenz!

July 2024 - changed from 5 stars (kudos to previous owner) to 2 stars (new owners). Tried twice. 1st it was watered down, skimped on flavor enhancer.

Second try, coffee tasted old. Not busy or off day??
