Third time I've driven across town at a different time of day in a different day of the week and the restaurant is closed during posted open hours.... Half the time I get great service from the staff when they're open and the other half attitude as if they are being put out to help customers.

Johnny is one of the best representatives that Booster Juice has. He is thoughtful, kind and wonderful. I have only visited this location a handful of times in my travels and Johnny remembered me and we chatted like we were old friends while he was preparing my order. Amazing customer service. The worst service Ive ever had at a booster juice. The attended didn't listen to what I asked for and when I saw him making the wrong thing I mentioned it and he continued making it and I again clarified I could not eat what he was putting in he finally threw it out and rolled his eyes at me. When he finally gave me the smoothie it wasn't even blended properly and was mostly just chunks of bananas in almond milk

Idk how the Asian guy has kept his job this long. He is terrible at keeping up with orders, gets it wrong, isn't accountable when he does. Doesn't care that he is screwing up. Is as dry as a desert. He needs a new job because he isn't meant for the service industry.

After the failure at Starbucks next door, I popped over and grabbed a matcha and a pomegranate smoothie. Service was quick, location was clean, staff were hard working. Smoothie was made well and I was in and out in 4 minutes

Terrible customer service. The girl working was so unbelievably unfriendly. I was not greeted when I walked in and waited at the till for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. When I was finally served it was like it was the biggest bother to her. Very bad service.
