I have realized that the person that works at this location is absolutely LAZY and doesn’t want to work. It’s been over a year now that I try to go to this location to get a smoothie or a juice and nothing is ever working. He always has the excuse that either the cashier or juice machine is not working. How is a juice store has there juice machine broken? Make it make sense. I just came to a different location and got the same order done. Which means, the person working there is absolutely lazy, every time I go there he is on his phone doing absolutely NOTHING. Clearly doesn’t need or want a job. And this is not the first time, it happens all the time. I talked to a different location and it seems to be a real thing, this person gets complains over and over about the same issues. It’s ridiculous. I would understand if it happened couples time, but it happens literally all the time. I went there last week, cashier broken, went there today, juice machine broken. Sure… meanwhile he is on the phone lol

Booster Juice was my 146th eatery in Vernon.
I ate a grilled cheese sandwich here (I don't like smoothies).
The grilled cheese sandwich was $5.65 after taxes approximately. I can't remember the exact price to the cent.
There was very little cheese in my pressed grilled cheese panini. This is a manufacturer error rather than an employee error.
It was like tasting a pressed dry panini bread.
The staff was friendly.
146 eateries down in Vernon. 20 or so left to go!

Third time I've driven across town at a different time of day in a different day of the week and the restaurant is closed during posted open hours.... Half the time I get great service from the staff when they're open and the other half attitude as if they are being put out to help customers.

Johnny is one of the best representatives that Booster Juice has. He is thoughtful, kind and wonderful. I have only visited this location a handful of times in my travels and Johnny remembered me and we chatted like we were old friends while he was preparing my order. Amazing customer service. Thank you Johnny!
The worst service Ive ever had at a booster juice. The attended didn't listen to what I asked for and when I saw him making the wrong thing I mentioned it and he continued making it and I again clarified I could not eat what he was putting in he finally threw it out and rolled his eyes at me. When he finally gave me the smoothie it wasn't even blended properly and was mostly just chunks of bananas in almond milk
