It's been several years since I've been to this location. We found that the service was friendly, the food was great and I had decent options with my gluten allergy. Their gluten free buns were actually decent! Which is hard to find. And their menu was marked very clearly for allergies.

Host was friendly & welcoming, she accommodated our group of 8 (without a reservation) having our table ready & our bunch sat down within 2 minutes. Our group was very easy our table ordering 4 appys & 3 of the same pizzas, along with one kids meal. Our waitress possibly new at serving, wasn't friendly or personable & almost annoyed by simple requests. She had to be waved over after several minutes, then asking how everything was in regards to our food- but we had no cutlery or napkins so we hadn't started eating. The food was good as usual, and we saw our favorite server, we've had on our past dinners at BP's. I think she's the manager & she helped sort out our bill & we as usual appreciate her happy, smiling, & friendly attitude! Over all our dinner was good but could've been even better if our server had been more attentive & friendly. You could have a off beat day & screw everything up but still be a good server if you have the right attitude & the guests felt cared for & appreciated!! Our group gives our latest BP's Vernon experience a strong 4stars overall & we recommend for friends & family alike to stop in to eat or to enjoy a couple drinks. Cheers 🙂

I have place an order at arround 11 pm i place an order for brownie with ice cream usually i place order every week i dont know whoever the host was instead of apologies she was arguing with me that i ordered that and she missed my bronie and ice cream its tooo rude they should be apologize for that and be professional . She just gave me this brownie.

We ordered a meal last night that was one if the worst meals I have ever had. I order their tropical chicken pizza all the time. This one was even cooked, the chicken is supposed to be spicy, it was white and bland, the cheese was barely melted but the crust was hard and dry. My friends meals didn't fare much better. I am most disappointed considering you pay a premium for their meals. In all the franchised restaurants I have been in, this one severely fell short.
