I tried ordering 4 different items off the playoff feature menu and they are out of stock of all of them. Any time Boston Pizza has a promotions there seems to be some problem at this poorly managed location.

This is my go to place for a casual lunch whilst doing chores in town. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. It's very clean, affordable and a great atmosphere to sit and take a break.

We order take out from here often for our family but no longer will unfortunately. We have never had an entire order correct and resolution is never provided. For example, Last month we ordered a large perogy pizza and the Cheddar cheese and green onions were missing. I called to let them know and they said “thanks for the heads up” with no apology or resolution. Today we were missing dip for cactus cuts and our medium spice wings came bare with no sauce on them. I hate complaining publicly but I feel that this has gotten slightly out of hand with incorrect orders.
