Best boston pizza I have been to in BC. Always prompt friendly service with good food. Great atmosphere to sit at the bar and watch some sports.

I buy the pizza bread every time and get meat sauce every time and I wouldn't of ordered it if it cost extra . Ide appreciate not getting hanged up on from a manager . Poor management skills here at Boston pizza in Vernon guess no tip here on out

Expecting a lil more than this small container of Lasagna, ordered Parmesan Cheese on the side, no cheese in our takeout Order. Small pizza was a bit pricey. I understand prices have gone up.

Very bad attitude of the server, she was white lady around 5’ 11’ with the tattoos. Firstly, she had very bad attitude, seemed very racist to me. Secondly, we added the tip to the machine, she was very rude and said that it’s not enough, “you should be paying around $17 then I am gonna get around $5”. The thing is tip is always the customer’s choice and it’s how much they want to add. The server doesn’t tell how much to pay. It was my birthday and she totally ruined it. Btw The food was excellent.

Haven't been in several years because the previous visit was somewhat mediocre. Got gift cards at Christmas so figured might as well use them up on Valentines. Very nicely surprised! The service was great, the food was really good and the prices were decent.. One hell of an improvement since our last visit and we will be back!

Had the best pizza(s) ever from BP yesterday.2nd last time we ordered, it was bad and had to call to complain. Received a credit on the next order tho. TY. Next order was ok but not great so said nothing. But last night the pizzas were exceptional.So easy to complain but we really need to give credit when you go above.Thank you for upping your game
