The most amazing cider in a wonderful setting! Went for Happy Hour and had a cider and the fried chicken! The cider is always delicious and the fried chicken was delicious and the presentation was very up scale! We sat at the bar and the bartender was great! Had a fabulous conversation about skiing and of course the cider and food! Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful evening at Cambium. The food and cider were great, and our server treated us to complimentary samples of different cider flavours. The best part was the magical atmosphere - sitting in the orchard on an early Fall evening was stunning.
