They don't really care about the things you ask for like extra & chunky toppings. I always end up paying for it but never actually get what I've requested. I miss the old DQ that used to take orders seriously and care about making customers happy.

I have been coming to this exact Dairy Queen since I was a child, born and raised 2 blocks away.I have ordered the same blizzard, mint smarty my whole life.I came to this Dairy Queen tonight and ordered and was told it was going to be extra to order mint smarty because it’s not on the menu, only mint Oreo is.I’m actually disgusted with this for more reasons than just paying extra for something that the only difference is scooping smarty’s into the cup instead of Oreo. If I was asking for extra of something understand paying extra.I’m disgusted that a business would take advantage of people anytime but especially in the difficult economy we live in, when going to Dairy Queen May already be a financial stretch!This is also not franchise wide as I have only a couple weeks ago been to the white rock location and there was no change to the charges for this.The owners of this Vernon location should be ashamed of themselves for being greedy.I will not be back.

Their was a mistake with my drive thru order. I went inside and the guy at the counter corrected the issue immediately. I’ll call him Tan for short so I don’t butcher the spelling, but he was awesome.
