Rude customer service. They sell expired ingredients as well. I would avoid this place if you want to find quality home brew supplies.

You can search a long time before you find such a horrible service. Here is what happened: I contacted them on facebook asking if they could ship to Norway.The owner said that she would ask her husband and get back to me. When I didnt get a reply,I tried to send a message on facebook but I couldnt send a message.I thought it was weird and sent a message on instagram. It turns out they they blocked me both from facebook and instagram.I have no idea why,maybe because they couldnt be bothered sending to europe??If so you could just say that and I would thank you for letting me know and would completely understand that,but its common human curtesy to reply and not block people for no reason.I am extremely dissapointed in the way you treat your customers. Steer away from this store!
