Stayed at the hotel and went there for a beer and to catch some of a game that was on the big screen. The pub had two tables that had groups of young girls around 8-12 years old that were taking turns singing karaoke. PAINFULL! One quick beer and out!

- came into watch the Game 6 of Edm vs Dal.. place was nearly empty - Over 2.5 hrs we saw our server 4times - Had to go to the bar to order our second round - While we told her we weren't in a rush she finally came around to take our food order almost 2hrs into our visit.. I had actually just told my gf that if she didn't come by soon we'd go somewhere else to eat.. she showed up a minute later - food was OK but Calamari Rings was a paltry offering of 15 small pieces but Bacon & Corn Dip was very good.. lemon accent a nice surprise actually - Sunday Special is 2nd appy 1/2 price.. she forgot to discount it on final bill
We are both experienced hospitality professionals and this is "bar" none one of the worst showings we have ever witnessed

One server and cooks prepping for two restaurants. Not well planned for an 300+ conference. Overpriced food took forever to be ordered and to come out. The quality is no better than Dairy Queen. Will not go back. I do not recommend. Save your money and go to Mr Mikes across the way.

Took my 10-year-old son in here at 11:30am because he was interested in the pool tables. Were told that no minors are allowed in the section where the tables are. The area is barely separated from the rest of the room, and was completely empty.Experience the night before was admittedly just fine—burger was great and the kids menu pizza was amazing.

Our server deserves a medal. She was a superhero coving the entire place and the bar during a Canucks playoff game! I'm not sure if only having one front of house staff on was by design or circumstance. A floor server might have been beneficial. It .just be nice having staff like that

Always my preferred stop in Vernon. Great room, usually good service, good food.
Food was sub par. We ordered the dry ribs which came undercooked and were not ribs (lots of fat/gristle), and the cheese dip which was more corn than dip and was drowning in grease from the cheese melted on the top.The server took the ribs off of our bill as we were travelling and didn’t have time to have them remade.Overall - disappointing food and I highly doubt we will be back.

Tried here around a month ago, and again today...excellent food, service and atmosphere. Came for HH. Both times had the deluxe burger, I had salad and hubby had fries. Fresh, hot and tasty. 16.00dollars. Had bacon, cheddar cheese, onion ring, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and sauce...so not your plain Jane burger. Also have HH hour wine..6 dollars for 6 ounces. Server was great both times. Will be back for sure.
