I love the changes with the new owners!! East Hill Eatery was bought by the Rail Trail Cafe group and re-named East Hill Crossing. The turkey BLT is delicious, and the cookies are heavenly. The match latte is my favourite drink so far. The staff is so friendly and sweet, and made sure I could find dairy-free options. I'm so happy that there is such a great cafe in my neighborhood ☺️

The food is over priced and trendy , staff are not friendly like the old staff and old menu! Super disappointing! 6.50 for a cookie?? Crazy !!! 17 bucks for a small salad?? Don’t waste your time! Blue collar area and they are trying to be upscale!! Save your money and go somewhere else! Old staff and owners were amazing!!

This place used to be great when it was still known as Easthill Eatery, but since they have changed ownership it has gone downhill very fast. They only let paying customers inside, and if you are a teen they won’t even let you stay inside. The food has gone downhill a lot. The poutine is $8, and was cold when I bought it. This company was great, but the new owners have ruined it, I hope things get fixed. Will not be eating here again, unless a change is made.
