Edo Japan - Fruit Union Plaza - Grill and Sushi

Quality is not good, sushi was cold, rice a bit hard, the service was awful. They didn’t have even ice in the fountain drinks!

1 person doing everything. 2 workers came in later. No washing hands at all, hair nets or aprons. My veggie roll had very large pieces of cucumber with skin on and red peppers only. Everyone waiting for along time. Was told when ordering they don't make dishes according to their menu. My husband's sushi had a strong fish smell and tastes horrible. Felt sorry for the young man holding the fort.

The place is disgusting while we waited for food we noticed it was so dirty every table gross the kitchen was so bad I watched people walk over garbage and the cook repeatedly kept grabbing his phone. Needless to say we got a refund and called the health board… DO NOT EAT HERE.

Hard to mess up Edo. Meal was good but ordered double beef and got shorted pretty hard. Maybe spending $25 at a restaurant and leaving hungry is the norm.

I love Edo but this was my first and last time at this location. Staff were pleasant.

I came in shortly after opening. Food took a while but I figured maybe I was first customer of the day. I had a bento box. Rice and meat was good, but cold. Dumplings were cold. Spring rolls were greasy. For $24 I expect more.

The place just didn’t look very clean. Every table top was dirty (not with trays, but crumbs, smears etc. I don’t think they have done a real good wipe down for a while.

Broccoli rotten and veggies raw. Floor unbelievably dirty, shoes stuck everywhere you stepped. worst edo location we have ever ever been to. Tables gross so nasty!!!

This place is busy, food is not that great beef sukiyaki Inordered have some burned pieces, staff are not that friendly and the food took almost around 30 to 40 mins.. maybe because they are overwhelmed coz of the number of people eating.

Horrible slow service. This should take 5 minutes to wait for food. Here, times it by 4x the 5 minutes. These guys are horrendously slow, completely unacceptable.
