I'm glad I made a reservation. Our dinner was excellent (we had the seafood tower and a side of focaccia bread. Drink and food was great. Service was excellent.

View is great, service is great. Food was not very good. The guac on the avocado toast looked like it came out of a tube, and the Benny's were not made to order with soft English muffins

Overall everything was great. The highlight of the meal was by far the duck wings! All the mains were good, my duck breast was a little tough, but still lots of flavour. We were a little disappointed with the scallops, they had sat for a while, so were cold. There were some service inconsistencies, but minor. The restaurant itself overall feels like a basic hotel restaurant rather than a fine dining restaurant. I would say that the value was pretty good, for the amount of food we ordered and the serving sizes, I was happy.

We had an amazing weekend at Sparkling Hill! Our dinner at PeakFine was a highlight for us. I had the sable fish wrapped in prosciutto and it was honestly the best sable fish I've had. So well done. The breakfasts during our stay were also delicious with a variety of full meals to choose from which were included in our package. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was professional. Very impressed with PeakFine!

The breakfast didn't taste fresh. Wondering if the toast and hashbrowns were sitting under the heat lamp

Damon was our server and he kept us laughing and was a total joy. He made great suggestions for mocktail drinks and for appetizers. Our meals were all very good and ample portions. The four of us all tried a different dish, from the duck, risotto, prosciutto wrapped white fish with saffron risotto, we all said “yummy” highly recommend it. Good portions and great atmosphere. Will be back!

We were there for on a local package two day getaway. Everything was great. Service was amazing. Food was delicious. 

My wife and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with our stay at Sparkling Hill. We had breakfast there twice, the food was delicious I would recommend the Eggs Benedict or Salmon Lox with poached eggs. The portion size was very generous and the service was excellent. You can't beat the food from a window table. I would recommend trying this place!

It was over all just ok, my food was to oily Service was good The atmosphere is very nice My dish was a stirfry with rice noodle. The portion was very small with no protein, and it was quite pricey. 

Highly recommend!! Especially for a romantic dinner/anniversary/birthday etc. The New Years Eve package looks amazing too.

Breakfast is awesome, good portions, hot and fresh. Dinner seemed to have more seafood dishes. Offered beef and chicken but not necessarily many other meat options. Service was awesome, staff in general are awesome.

Sparkling Hill Resort exceeded all expectations. The views, the spa, and the overall atmosphere were incredible. We got lake view suite that was amazing, luxurious , very big and very clean.The staff was kind and professional, and every detail felt luxurious. And -110C spa experience is worth every penny. And don't get me started on the breakfast — everything was delicious, generous in size, and so filling that it kept us going for hours. One of the best relaxation experiences me and my wife ever had. Looking forward to book another stay!

We both had the beef fillet, it was nicely prepared, served on a small bed of mashed potatoes, with two brussels sprouts halves and 3 spears of asparagus as garnish/side. All quite yummy but not a lot of food for the fancy price. Our server, Haden, was efficient, confident, and knowledgeable. He made our evening a delight.

Can't say enough about our experience at Sparkling Hill, our breakfast was amazing, I mean truly amazing. From start to finish staff was fantastic. Our server Emily was so friendly, attentive and her suggestions for breakfast were spot on. Loved the fruit plate to start, coffee was bold and delicious , also local which was a bonus when wanting to buy Canadian. We will most definitely be coming back Keep up the awesome work 💕

We were there celebrating my husbands 60th birthday. Damon was our waiter and he was outstanding! Very cheerful, communicative, and a lot of fun. The food was amazing.
