10$ delivery and I am only 3 minute drive from them? Menu says 24.50 reciept says 28.50. Driver has to go to get change. Pizza arived about 10 m8nutes late and its all slimmy. Pick up a pice and everything slides off. Never again. Oh and when I called to place my order I was asked if I mind holding, I respond yes i mind, put on hold anyways. 3 minutes later I am asked the same question and my response was the same, yes I mind, put on hold again. This happ3ned 3 times in a row. So why do you even ask? So long Jim's, never again

Absolutely loved coming here for their pineapple pizza slices, meat lovers, and Canadian maple bacon.
The staff was awesome, the food was great, and even the delivery service sucks now. I can’t recommend this place anymore.

Used to love coming here until a young gentlemen lied to me about using the wifi while I waited for a pizza. Working in customer service myself I would have been fine if he simply told me it was only for the staff, but when he told me it was only for the business that really rubbed me the wrong way.
I give out the wifi at the liquor store I work at, I know it wouldn’t have been any issue for him, but when you lie to other people and treat them like an idiot well…
Like what else could this ginger teenager be lying about? Probably pocketing all cash orders as well so always ask for a receipt.
I only come here because it’s down the street from my house, otherwise take your money elsewhere where.
Seriously I used to love coming here, but all it took was one person to destroy my experience here. I used to love tipping them even $5 for 1 slice, but sadly I won’t be doing that anymore.
Such a shame. I really did like this place, oh well.

Ordered a large pizza tonight, came all the way in from coldstream to try Jims after being dissapointed in the past with this pizza place.. due to bad customer service and decline in food quality, i thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt.. however i got it back home.. and when i opened the box it was extremely over cooked and hard as a rock, being that it was already 9 pm i thought i would give it a shot regarless but it was so hard i couldnt even cut it with a knife so, rather than going all the way back into town i decided to give them a call.. when i explained my concerns all the manager could reply was pizzas are suppose to look like that, what ?????🙅♂️ obvisously the manager was too busy reading other bad reviews he forgot to check the timer. Bad experience! ONCE AGAIN.. done here for good.. i will never return nor should anyone else.. shame on you.

This small fast serve restaurant has a bit of everything. Pizza slices are good, with a generous size. You can also get soft serve ice cream, candy, beverages and desserts. This is a grab and go kinda place.
Great little pop in for a quick lunch. 2 big, loaded, slices for $11.

We stopped into Jim’s Pizza in Vernon with our newborn for a quick slice, and we were blown away by the experience. The service was absolutely amazing — the owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
The pizza was so fresh and flavourful, you can really taste the quality in every bite. The selection is fantastic too — so many delicious options to choose from!
We were happily surprised by how accommodating and attentive the staff were, especially with us coming in with a new baby. It made the quick stop feel extra special.
Highly recommend Jim’s Pizza for anyone looking for great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕💛

Great food, went here all summer…
but torn because I ordered a vegetarian pizza, told them I was vegetarian, and they gave me pizza with ham underneath the cheese, so I couldn’t even see it 🥲🥲 They said it was a mistake and the slice came from a half meat, half no meat pizza. If that matters to you, I would say something!
It was an honest mistake but overall, Jim’s Place Pizza was the place to be in the summer. Great ice cream, great pizza!
Can be a 15 minute wait if you want a pizza that’s not hot and ready! Overall, I would recommend.
