Extremely poor service. I thought they would have improved by now but it only seems to be getting worst. Owner need to find staff especially a manager who literally has a heart to do the job. Poor service. Literally made a mistake not stopping at Mary Browns or Popeyes

I just visited the KFC in Vernon, BC and had a great experience! I ordered the Tuesday Special and a slider — and honestly, the chicken was super delicious! It was perfectly tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
I also want to give a big shoutout to the girl at the counter — her customer service was excellent. She was friendly, polite, and made the visit even better.
Definitely recommend this location if you’re craving some tasty chicken and great service!

I usually visit the KFC in Vernon every Tuesday, and the chicken quality during the day is always top-notch—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor! I honestly find it the best compared to other places. However, I’ve noticed that the quality tends to drop a bit in the evening, especially around 6–7 PM. It doesn’t taste as fresh or crispy during that time.
Still, I keep coming back because the daytime service and food are consistently great. Hoping the evening quality improves too!

I bought an 18-piece chicken bucket today from KFC Vernon for $51, and it was a huge disappointment. The chicken was extremely salty and soggy—not fresh at all. I had guests over for a party, and everyone complained about the taste. When I contacted the branch, they denied any issue with the batter and only offered to replace it if I waited 25 minutes for fresh chicken. Does that mean the original order wasn’t fresh? Very poor quality and service. Definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased a $50.99 family pack from the KFC location in Vernon BC, and I was extremely disappointed with the food. The chicken was extremely oily and over-salted to the point that it was nearly inedible. This was not the quality I expect for the price I paid.

Ordered a snack poutine to go, service was terrible. No greeting or smile. Counter person seemed annoyed. Facility is very dirty, unswept and sticky floors, dirty tables. Is in need of upgrades as walls have paint chunks removed and ingrained dirt along floor boards. Was not given any napkins or utensils.

Won’t be going there again, hubby wanted to stop and get some pop corn chicken so we did. The board above with what to order said pop corn chicken $15.49. When it rang in the register is came up at $16.00. Not that it’s a huge difference but in the economy we could use the extra $.50 for something else. The service lady said oh well, guess we haven’t changed the board. Like thanks tips. We also ordered fry’s. They were cold and soggy. Gravy was way too salty and cold. Just all gross! Watch what you get and the prices!!!!!!
