It’s really disappointing this place has went downhill so much. Used to be a regular.
Last meal I got had a rotten bone that looked infected.
Front end staff were terrible while being arrogant. Small portions. Won’t go back

The place was absolutely filthy in the front of the restaurant and you can see into the kitchen and it was no better, and the service was even worse. Surprised that they haven’t had anyone come inspect the place to have it deep cleaned at the very least. Food was subpar compared to a different location I’ve been to.

The employees are friendly and the fry chicken is on another level from where I came from. Mind blowing

It's in the Walmart building so there is no atmosphere but plenty of seating and space to park buggy.

Picked up 9 piece chicken meal , got 5 legs 3 breasts, 1 thigh , breasts we’re all dry dry dry , tasteless , worst chicken we have had in long time…tarot fries brutal to … only reason I gave it a 2 was the thigh and legs were barely ok.. is this really what Mary Browns is known for ??? Service reasonable as well… if you want great fried chicken , don’t go to Mary Browns in Vernon….

We stopped at Walmart for a few things. Since we there, and it was McDonalds, we stopped for a bite to eat. The chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh. The taters were hot and fresh too, but very salty. We would definitely go back, but share taters instead.

Ordered the 9 piece of chicken. Slaw was good and wedges were good. Problem is the chicken. It has a weird smell to it, not sure if it's spoiled meat or not but I told the family not to eat anymore just in case. Hopefully don't get sick.
Have had Mary browns in quit some time and now I remember why.. chicken tasted a off. Like it was sour.. So quit eating it.. see if I end up on the pooper all night. Next time I'll just go to the Kal bar and get a pizza.

So my fiancé went into MBC Vernon location tonight grabbed 6pieces of chicken to go. When he opened it up to eat it .. thankfully he noticed, the chicken was raw still! And that wasn’t even the worst part….
I call MBC Vernon and told them what happened and the response I got was we will give you “constellation more pieces of chicken !!!!!! I told he I want a full refund and cooked chicken!
As I told her if we didn’t look at it before we ate it we both would have ended up salmonella poisoning , when I said this there was complete silence on the other end of the line!! I said you do know what Samonella is since you do work at a chicken joint???
To which she responded “no I don’t know what you’re saying.. sorry mama we make lots of chicken and sometimes this happens!!
I just about lost my shit!!! I said “ NO! NEVER OS THIS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN LIKE EVER!!!!
I am just blown away by lack of knowledge the employees have about the raw foods they handle on a regular day to day basis!!? This is unacceptable and will not just be the last time I ever eat at Mary Browns Chicken !
My next step is to call the company cuz this just ain’t right ‘n yuk!!!!! Ùi

I just returned home from Mary Brown’s. I took my six-year-old for lunch. I got a grilled chicken sandwich. I got home and bit into it only to find that the chicken was completely raw. This is absolutely disgusting and a health violation and I will never be going back.

This place has the ambience of a broom closet and seems to be a spot to question your life choices.

The food is fire the price is really high 4 piece chicken 20+ $ think the thing that got me was 3$ for a can soda it's a wonder why it was dead in the fast food joint oh well guess fast food is a dying thing anyways won't go there again a bit of price gouging can't say I'll support that

I had my hopes up for a decent chicken sandwich when paying $10 for it but wow. I got two big Mary's, both with about a dime size of mayo, more lettuce than chicken, the buns weren't terrible, but the chicken was 1/4 inch thick nearly, and crescent shaped? So maybe half the sandwich even had chicken on it? And $10 for the thing, yikes
