Most disgusting and dirtiest play facility I've ever been too. There is obviously NO cleaning protocol in place as this area has never even seen a wipe down since I assume it opened? I felt bad for the family hosting their child's birthday party during our visit because I would be appalled if I PAID to use a space this disgusting! Immediately left.

If possible I would give a half star. This location is so bad that I almost always wait at the window while I check my order for accuracy. I often have to ask for something forgotten, remake of something cold, or remake of an incorrect special order. (Usually extra pickles or no onions, nothing complicated).
Tonight all I wanted was a bacon cheeseburger with extra onions. Not a big deal. Simple. The easiest of sandwiches to make. I should have checked. It was a little after 3am, there was no one else in the D/T. When I got back to my job site, at the exact opposite end of town, I opened my burger to find what would be a regular amount of onions for a Quarter Pounder. Slivered onions. I hate slivered onions. When I returned, still no other customers, I just drove straight up to the window and instead of asking what I wanted I get a lecture about not stopping at the menu board.
I should know better than to go to this location but at 3am when you have a craving, and no other options, you can make bad decisions.
From now on 7-11 gets my 3am business.

Worst McDonalds i have ever gone to. Super slow and they forget to bring you your order. I recomend to just go to a different mcdonalds.

I am absolutely disgusted by the interaction my daughter had at this location. An old white male. My daughter said he had glasses and multiple watches on. The employee at the counter was immediately rude to her, asking “what do you want” when she tried to order. She was paying in cash and was 5 cents short, and he refused to process her order, even after she politely asked again.
Then, he leaned toward my daughter and said that if she showed him her bra, it might be worth the 5 cents. My daughter is 13 years old. She ran out to me in tears while I was waiting in the car. As a parent, I was furious, but I chose not to escalate the situation because I wanted to be a good role model for my child. However, this behavior is disturbing, inappropriate, and should never happen anywhere, especially not to a minor. Not to mention that they have a play place in here? I will never return to this location again, and I sincerely hope management takes this seriously. No child should ever be spoken to like this. Seriously retire old man.

We don't normally go in this location . But we happened to stopped by here . When we received the mcflurry it was half full for the regular size. And the manager says that it was hard to tell trying to imply that we did something to it when we just received it. They kept trying to say they only make it up to the line but a big chunk of one of the sides had nothing in it. The situation wasn't handled well and they did nothing which was not good.

I ordered 1 junior chicken and 2 mc veggie and asked for raw onion in junior chicken and they punched it on the screen and also asked for extra sauce in all the burgers they missed that too. upon calling they said the receipt doesn’t show but i told the person talking that it was punched on the screen and i double checked the order twice after that she is still asking me to check while taking the order are you kidding me what kind of customer service is that and the staff keep on laughing no greeting and talking properly to customers and on call the staff was really rude
disappointed by their service and worst location i have visited

Make sure you double check your orders before leaving the store. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, a charge of 1.69 + tax, and didn't receive it. Which is annoying because it would cost more in gas to go back to get a refund.

It was busy, but I don't think that's a valid excuse for such a successful chain.
