This place is an absolute gem. They have such a great variety of products, a full deli and a cold/freezer section. They have so many great imported products, like unique pastas from Italy, olives and other products you just can't find at your regular grocery store. Their deli has everything you need for an amazing charcuterie board and they do sandwiches as well. Highly recommend checking out this place for unique and quality products.

Came in the store, took a number and waited patiently, three ladies were behind the counter not one acknowledged me! I was attempting to make eye contact and was just ignored!After waiting 10 min a gentleman came in and one of the ladies attended to him right away! I said, Excuse me I have been waiting here and I was here before him. The lady said, ”My boss said not to serve people who are on the phone! It’s our policy”(with a smirk on her face) I couldn’t believe what she just said and how she judged me! I could have been on the phone for multiple reasons and would have put the phone down to place my order. I felt so judged and disrespected! I ended up leaving the store, I will never be returning, staff is cold and rude! Worst customer service ever!

Recently I needed a gift basket for a friend who lives in Vernon (I am in Ontario), I was looking for a pizza-themed basket as the friend had just received a pizza oven. After a brief email to inquire if they make baskets, the manager was quick to respond saying they would be happy to help me out. A few emails back and forth to work out details, and I was sent a photo of the completed basket with everything I wanted and more included. Apparently the gift basket, including several of their meat and cheese delicacies, was an absolute hit, and I was very pleased that I chose Mediterranean Market for my special gift!
