Went as a treat from my wife for my birthday. Drove from Kelowna as never been to this Mr. Mikes. Service was prompt and cheerful. Appetizers were very delicious. I ordered rib eye medium rare, my wife wanted a medium sirloin. She noticed right away that hers was med rare and mentioned the waitress who delivered. She assured us it was medium. It was very pink throughout. When she left I saw mine was cooked medium, very little pink. Our server came by 10 minutes later, by that time my wife and I had traded steaks as she cannot eat med rare meat. Server was made aware of the issue and she apologized. No offer to fix issue, so we continued to eat each other's order. When I order a close to $50 steak as a rare treat, i would hope it prepared the way I want. The sirloin was good, but it was not a ribeye. I did however, get a comped cheesecake for my birthday. Not impressed.

Great experience at Mr. Mikes Vernon. We were served by Brandon, who went above and beyond in making sure we were well looked after. Food was delivered promptly, delicious and hot. He anticipated our every request. Had a great sense of humour as well. A very fun night in the pub!

I went because the website boasts a great place to watch sports. Got a table right away. Sat down at a table obviously soaking wet from being wiped down, hostess doesn't care. Only sport on t.v was poker. Other t.v. had no volume talkshow with chinese subtitles. Waited about 10 mins no one greeted me or took a drink order so I left. Boston pizza 30 seconds away had my order in and drink In front of me less than 2 minutes while being twice as busy.

Two starts for the food… I mean I only had an appetizer but the level of service from the young flamboyant gentleman today was SUPER disappointing. He had a GREAT personality which I enjoyed - but then he would dissapear for 5 minutes at a time… I first witnessed the gentleman 2 tables away from me wait for his change from his cash payment for over 5 minutes… like where did the guy go?? The customer dropped a few F bombs next to me looking around wondering where our server was… meanwhile we could hear the staff VERY loudly having a BLAST in the back pass through .. laughing, shouting at each other ( in a friendly way) but completely disregarding the customers for way too long. After witnessing this customer next to me disgruntled on the delay of his payment I thought to ask for me bill while I was still eating in hopes of getting it on time… and still nothing 10 minutes later! Then I saw another lady and asked her if she had access to my bill and said no, but I’m looking for your server, I can’t find him anywhere… all I’m thinking is … your telling me ? especially when it’s was as slow as it was… attentiveness should be a breeze….

Went in today with a friend and his two kids, the food was exceptional and so was the service, will definitely be back. Probably the best beef dip I have ever had, not dry at all and the bread choice was perfect.
Great service and great food. Kaitlin was helpful and very outgoing. The only thing missing was NHL hockey on the tv’s. In my opinion this would bring in more business.

We came before the dinner rush and were sat at table that is obviously in need of some repair. We order bruschetta and quesadillas. And we had to ask for napkins. Then I needed utensils and was brought only a fork. I had to ask for a knife and was told industry standard was just a fork due to them being a steakhouse! I find that incredible! I have had amazing service and atmosphere at the Salmon arm location! So we thought why not try Vernon well after tonight we will never go to the Vernon location ever again! Wow!

Rave: Mr Mike's Steakhouse!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My best friend & I went to Mr Mike's last night for a celebration dinner. There weren't a lot of customers so it made for a perfect atmosphere with great music. The staff was fantastic & the food was amazing!!My best friend & I agreed it was the best steak we had ever had. We even got the head chef to come out so we could thank him & tell him how amazing it was. I told him how it was the best steak I have ever had. I told him how in highschool I wanted to be a chef so I took major steps towards that including being picked for the S.W.E.A.T program where you spend 1 week at a culinary arts college in Vancouver. I told him how it was better than the steak at the Keg on Granville Island in Vancouver, better than the Phoenix Steakhouse & Eclectic Med. I told him how I am a foodie so I know great food.The steak we ordered last night was just their normal steak & not a filet mignon so I can't wait to try their filet mignon. Every part of the meal was amazingly delicious, from the stuffed shrooms for an appie to the double stuffed baked potatoe. The Hollandaise sauce for the lobster & seafood topper for the steak was so yummy!!!We told our waiter & the head chef that Mr Mike's is our new place to go for celebratory meals.This was our third time having food there, our first dinning in. The food has always been great & I am so happy we have Mr Mike's here.

Long running chain serving generic (but tasty) food. Feels very much a chain but our server was lovely. Had the fish and chips- would recommend.
