There was an issue with the food. Manager did not come out to try to fix it. Instead of comping, he send the server out with a discount of 1/3 of the price of the meal. Well, OJ’s, try to look at the big picture of the thousands of dollars of business you will lose over the next years vs. the $14 that you kept today. Our family, simply, will not be back.

Unfortunately the pacific rim soup came with really soggy mushy noodles. $23 soup and was medium sized which was abit of a disappointment as well. But the mushy noodles made it impossible to eat and enjoy.

Was about to place an order until I saw that Original Joe's now charges a 10% service fee for to place a pick up order through their own website. What a ridiculous business practice, I will be ordering from one of your competitors which don't charge this ridiculous fee (which btw is every single one of your competitors)

Decent place to share a meal. Staff are lovely and efficient. Personally I enjoy their lettuce wraps, pulled pork, burgers, non OH drinks, and bellini (sub out wine for cranberry ❤️ ;). Not a fan of the fish taco or buffalo chicken wrap.

Wanted a casual meal out tonight. Decided on Original Joe’s and we weren’t disappointed. Food was good, wine was good and service was excellent. Our server (Destiny) was friendly and helpful. She was there when we needed her but gave us space when we didn’t. A server should add to the dining experience, not simply take orders and serve food. Destiny you certainly added to our dining experience with your quick smile, quick service, and expert skill with a corkscrew, thank you.

When I go to the movies, I eat at this restaurant. The staff is always great and personable. Last night our waitress engaged in a conversation about the shows that she was watching and it added to our conversation. Great atmosphere.

Not sure what happened at this restaurant the last few months I want to say this year really, but the food quality, taste, size, everything has gone down hill. This is the third time I left with a lesser than happy experience, the food originally was always amazing, I'm never disappointed at ojs pandosy, anyways, ive ordered a few meals the last few months here usually rotate between my favourites none the less the same, and they have changed so much everytime they are worse, lack lustre in flavor and size portion everything, sauce, won't be back sadly. I don't mean to be rude honestly but I have had better stuff elsewhere.

We order once a week and tonight was absolutely disgusting… butter chicken was so water down and three slices of chicken very disappointing.. called management and oh will look it to it.. not looking for a free meal just a sorry goes a long way

Had dinner with a large group last night. Birthday girl ordered a drink, had to ask a few times if it was coming, took way too long. Ordered an appetizer, had to ask again if it was even coming as the delay was long. Very long wait for food, and the restaurant was knowhere near capacity. Everyone was frustrated by the time the food showed up. Server seemed very inexperienced. Didnt see her again until the bill showed up. The bill was wrong, made her correct that and she offered a free drink and a discount.
I used to love this place, not sure what happened but dont think ill go back.
