Went there the day before the Salad was good. Then the next day ordered a burger. The meat was soggy. Bland not sure what happened but just decided not to come back. Servers were good however.

This place has really gone downhill. The upper ceiling is full of dust, the booth seating is worn with peeling vinyl, bathrooms are dark & dirty. The windows are smudged & hazy. The food was overpriced, & overcooked, portions are small, fries were soggy & greasy. However, our server was delightful, friendly & very apologetic.

We both had burgers. I had the crispy chicken burger. It was really good and my hubby had beef burger. You get a choice of two sides It ends up being lots of food. Really good food:)

Staff is so unwelcoming and unresponsive. I kept standing at their entrance table for 15 minutes but no one came to attend. Eventually I left without being attended. Servers saw me there and did not bother to even make an eye contact. Terrible to the core.

I just wanted to speak about my experience at OJ’s yesterday Feb19.25. I ordered the Pacific Rim Noodke Soup and I was saddened to see the portion sized was noticeably smaller plus the amount of broth was insufficient. I enquirer about receiving more broth and was advised these servings are all portioned and I would have to be charged full another full order of the soup. OJ, if you want to keep your customers you need to do better. Give us a reason to come back.
I’ve ordered delivery 3 times and every time they forget to include the beef dip au juice and gravy for fries. I’m not sure who is responsible for checking the order before it goes out the door but I’ve called and complained twice now with no satisfaction. I’m afraid I won’t be using them for delivery dinner again . :(
