We went to Pallino’s on our weekend away in February 2026. This was our best decision of the day, awesome food, awesome service and relaxing inviting atmosphere. Joaoh was very attentive and looked after every detail. - all the staff were friendly and ready to take care of business. Check this one out when you are near Predator Ridge!!

This is such a quaint little Italian restaurant and I highly recommend it. The Pizza and Caesar salad were so delicious- actually the best ever!! But the service was exceptional -they have wonderful staff and they make it a truly memorable experience - there’s not many places like this left. Joah was remarkable, as well as the other server. They are - simply the BEST!!

12 oz strip loin steak did not look or taste like strip loin or 12 oz. Very grizzly and not rested. Blood on plate and in mashed potatos Could not finish
The first time we ever went in the off season. I was disappointed (and cold!) to be seated in the dark covered patio under heat lamps. There was no indication that was a possibility when making the reservation.
Overall good service and food. Of the 3 steaks ordered, one was very full of fat and grissle. Would have mentioned to the server, however, no check on us after meal was served due to a very busy restaurant.
We had stopped coming here 2.5 years ago as the menu never seemed to change and atmosphere wasn't great in main dining room . We decided to give it another try March of 2024. we never knew they renovated and changed the Chef . The renovations are amazing and the food is outstanding , it has now become one of our favourite places to take family and friends to eat. The chef is very creative and has an amazing Palate . just there last night and can't wait to go back .
The sirloin steak was extremely tough and for the most part inedible. The service was so slow I opted to take it home for my dog rather than request another. The appie was pretty good and generous portions all around. More often than not when I have ordered a steak in this facility it has been tough.
Arrived 5 minutes early, only to be told they had given our table away so were sat in the bar. It was ok there, but seriously? Service was very slow. Food took 55 minutes to arrive. My mains order was the wrong item, so by the time my revised main arrived it was 8.05 for a 6.30 reservation. That is far too late. Also, the reason my server got the order wrong was because he tries to memorize the order, then input it into the tablets by the bar. Why not just do it at the table? There are no specials, no seasonal favorites, a heavy emphasis on fried food and burgers, an $18 Caesar salad, limited mocktail menu ..... overall, not a good experience
We arrived on fully packed night with a woman playing piano for entertainment. Our service could have been better but honestly it was so busy I don't blame a single server. They were running all over! Special kudos to the big tall younger guy. He put more miles on than anyone bring food out & picking up dishes. Menu was diverse & reasonably priced. Both our dinners were very tasty & plentiful. We left very satisfied....and full!
We attempted to order online for delivery. The transaction wouldn’t go through. When I called I was told delivery didn’t start until 4 even though the website says otherwise. Pizza were delivered 15 after 4. $65 for 2 pizzas is disappointing. The crust was way too thin, you couldn’t even pick the slice up. The crust had some burnt spots. The taste was fine but they were missing substance

My partner and I were in the area for a stay-cation and were thoroughly impressed by everything at Pallinos. The pizza was fantastic (the perfect amount and texture of crust), the service top notch, and the atmosphere of the place was also great.

We went with friends for anniversary dinner. We had nice evening, although our server was sweet, but she definitely needed more training, as we had to frequently ask for more water, hard to get her attention to get things forgotten. The food was good, though found some of the portions bit small for the pricing. Was nice evening, but not as we would have expected from past experiences and for the value.
Booked Santa Brunch for my family of 4. Hubby, 10 year old, 8 year old and myself. They sat us away from the family/bright section, in the corner of the dark bar. My daughter needed help getting up on her chair since it was high tops. We were one of the first tables of the day, but the hostess said that they're fully booked so couldn't change the table but offered us a booster seat...for a high-top... When we left, the same empty tables were still empty -they could've totally switched us. Maybe book families with older kids in the bar next time or don't have young kids in the bar at all. 2 tables questioned us about having young kids in there. It was disappointing. They also included gratuity $30 for filling up our water twice - it was a self serve buffet. Santa was great though. Not accommodating at all in dining room though which is 90% of the experience. Was so good in the previous years - what happened?
Just payed over $25 for about 8 bites of pasta with some mostly cooked pre frozen salmon. What a joke. Never going back
