Ordered from panago vernon last night to pick up ourselves. They could not find our order when we went there and it took over 30 minutes after our order was ready for them to find it. The pizza was dried out, and the taste was totally off. Service, or lack of service was terrible, and the quality of the pizza has drastically gone downhill.

Visited here for quite a few times m, really liked the food, pizza are always loved it, it’s my one of the favourite place to eat , special thanks the girl Disha, she always make sure to give the great service and food.

I’ve never given a 1 star review but unfortunately this is what my experience with Panago Vernon warrants this evening. I placed an order online for pickup at 5:35pm, this was not the quickest time of pickup I could select mind you, to arrive at 5:37pm and be told the order had yet to be started. The workers were not wearing gloves, which was off-putting but if all they are doing is touching food and the food was being baked at hot temperatures I could get onboard. Unfortunately the worker running the cash register, accepting payment also jumped in and began making pizza without washing hands or wearing gloves. Once the order was complete I had to ask for the sauces we ordered after they only presented one of the four initially. The staff working were very friendly and that I would give a five star rating to but everything else was truly terrible. Sorry

Panago has really gone downhill in the last 10 years at this location. Used to be a staple for many people in Vernon that hired many young local people.. but no more. Now it’s just very mediocre, undercooked, oversauced pizza with poor service. Employees dont care about quality or building relations with the customer.. Not even a thank you when paying. Have given them a few chances over the years and it just keeps getting worse.

We order Pizza Pizza more times than I want to admit. The pizza and other food products are always fresh, delicious and well handled. They try their best to provide speedy delivery and speedy pick up. The specials are outrageous and beyond compare at other establishments. Feeding my family of five pizza and other food products has never been easier or more cost efficient!

Very upset with my experience today. I used to work for panagos call center so I'm rather disturbed. The order was placed under my BF's number. The driver seemed to not want to give the pizza to my bf when he answered the driver. Then the driver refused to give change. Stating the manager at the Vernon location doesn't give them a change float. I had a 50 dollar bill trying to pay a $45 order .. the driver didn't even offer to get change from the store. In the end I paid with nickels and dimes and quarters and still have him $47 rather than the $45.89. still a rather upsetting experience.. I was originally planning on giving the driver a better tip until he acted shady and wanted to keep my change ..

Ordered a New York Deli, pizza was excellent, not greasy & crust was very soft. 👍👍
The foods good when they actually have it. Seems any time I call this location for months they are out of sauces, out of stock of stuff one might order and so we just end up hanging up at this point. Not sure it's worth trying vernon location again.

Last night bought a chicken pizza woke up to vomiting and that's all I ate before bed. Never buying anything there. Be cautious people unless you don't mind stomach ache after
