Just went into get a pizza and while standing at the counter ready to order we saw a huge rat that came from kitchen down a pole from the ceiling.Never ordered and will not go back!

Papa Murphy's is my 145th eatery in Vernon.I paid $15.95 after tax for a 12" for a highly customizable take n bake vegetarian pizza. The man working there didn't have zucchinis for my pizza, but compensated me with a different topping to make up for it as well as an additional one.I was very happy with the quick service.Also, my pizza was so tasty I plan to come here more often.

Huge rave to Sharan who was working today! It was incredibly busy and we had put a huge order in, he was very apologetic in letting me know my order was going to take longer than expected and offered a beverage for the inconvenience. Wow my recent exp was a 30min wait after pick up time from an online order. Just sat in the camping chair they had by the front door. Only one staff doing everything. Felt so bad for the young women trying to operate the whole business by herself.

This store goes above and beyond. Personable, great customer service. They make an awesome pizza, that I get to cook. You will not be disappointed. In this economy, eating out is luxury, this store, these employees put a huge effort and get it right!

If you like paying 60-70 dollars for frozen pizza then this is the place for you. if I could leave zero stars I would but stupid google makes me leave at least one. Thanks google ?.

At 2:30 pm we ordered a medium pizza half Mediterranean chicken and half plain cheese. Told them we would pick it up about 4pm We went to pick it up about 4:45. It wasn’t ready. The clerk said he-would make it up quickly. No explanation for being late. We Cooked pizza. It was terrible! Too much feta. Could not find the veggies on it. Cheese pizza took forever to cook. Crust was rather moist. We have been buying pizza from here for several years and have always liked it. Too bad! Will probably not order again

We called in to order ahead, we were on the road estimating our time of arrival. Pizza was ready and waiting for us to take home to bake for guests. We all commented on how good the GF and regular crust pizzas were and how the toppings were fairly generous compared to previous owners process. TASTY!
