Absolutely love this place and highly recommended! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and never too salty. We’ve been coming here since their first year, and it’s still our family’s favorite pho in town. So grateful for the easy, free parking too—no downtown stress at all!

Our go to restaurant Fresh Lemongrass was packed with a lineup waiting last night. I really wanted Pho, so we decided to give Pho Fusion a try. We arrived at 6:10 pm not a soul in the restaurant, sign said open until 7 pm. Staff encourage us to come in. We ordered & received fantastic, flavourful Pho within 10 minutes. Only a few minutes later approx 6:30 pm a young girl wheeled a bucket of bleach & a mop right beside our table & began to mop the floors. I asked the waitress if we had time to eat or should we leave, as the strong bleach was turning me off eating. She said nothing & left the bleach bucket & mop & disappeared. We decided to leave as we felt the atmosphere & service was not inviting, nor did they seem to value our business. I would recommend the food as it was amazing. However the service and atmosphere were horrible. Maybe the reason the restaurant was empty? A shame we will not return.

I have enjoyed dining here several times. However, a week ago on Friday night, I arrived with a friend at 5:30 p.m., the server took our orders within 5 minutes of arrival and we then proceeded to wait 45 minutes before our noodle bowls came. Nobody came to check on us, apologize for the delay, offer an explanation. After 30 mins., I went to the counter to ask and was told our food just about to come out. The further 15-minute wait makes me suspect that they'd forgotten about us until that point. I was very disappointed in the slow service and lack of any apology or attempt to make it right for us. The only explanation was that they were very busy with takeout orders. I think it's a very poor attitude to worry more about takeout than your dine-in customers and I won't be returning.

Delicious food with a great menu, the spicy peanut soup has been recommended to me multiple times and never disappoints! Great vermicelli bowls with fresh toppings. Sometimes it can be quite busy and having consistent service can be tricky, but the quality is unmatched and it makes sense that they’d be busy.

20 cents worth of noodles, 50 cents worth of vegetables and 80 cents worth of meat does not a 20 dollar meal make... I think you can afford to be a little more generous with your protein portions.

Ordered a spicy noddle soup, there unfortunately wasn't any flavour. We brought this up to the server who brought us a different sauce and there was mild flavour but still no spice. Very disappointed with how this was handled in the business.
Paid $15 for just broth and noodles(and no chicken?). We said chicken fried rice(double checked). After paid and came home and we opened the box, it was entire different item. We called and asked them and she said that they don't make fried rice? I didn’t understand that she didn’t say that when we ordered and why after. Can't say food is bad but unfortunately it's a bad experience

The Pad Thai is one of the best dishes here!! It has a very unique flavour, different to ones I’ve had in Thailand. The 35 chicken vermicelli is also one of my personal favourites too!
