Very impressed with the phoenix steakhouse. Our first time eating here and safe to say it will not be the last. From walking in the door to leaving the service was first class. The food was fantastic and the steak was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!

We love going here. Megan and the staff are so wonderful and attentive. They made sure all our wants were met and the food was absolutely delicious. The steak I had was cooked to perfection and the tortellini that my wife had was to die for. Special thanks to Megan our server for helping me with my carnivore diet needs. We came for happy hour. The service was great. The food was amazing. The bruschetta, chicken sandwich and the fries. Good quality house wine. And the atmosphere is comfortable and rustic.

This used to be a great place to get a good steak, not anymore with small portions and off tasting (sour) steak. Vegetables and potatoes need help too, meal was equivalent to a crappy airport restaurant.

Went to phoenix steakhouse tonight for an anniversary dinner, got in and it was pretty busy so had a little wait after being sat, they apologized for the wait then after dinner megan the manager had told us that they were covering the food and drinks for the wait. totally unexpected and awesome made the whole night!! food was delicious as well would 100% recommend and will continue to come back

Very disappointing experience, especially for a restaurant positioning itself as a higher-end steakhouse. Service was inattentive and dismissive, and when concerns were raised, management focused more on disputing details than taking accountability for the guest experience. For the price point, this level of service is unacceptable. There are numerous better restaurants in the area that offer stronger service and overall value
The Rigitoni Bolognese was very good, the Afragatto not so much, salmon was very good and the chocolate Morissette was too good.

Had a great experience at The Phoenix Steakhouse tonight. The food was absolutely perfect!!! My herbed Chicken was so juicy and tender! My husband had steak lobster and shrimp all cooked perfectly how he likes it. Megan, Evan and Rory gave exceptional service by going above and beyond for my birthday! Definitely going back again soon!
