We have been to this restaurant a handful of times over the past few years. Had a decent experience the first time on the patio a few years ago. Next couple of times were just seriously weird vibes. Not sure what is going on in this place. Further, if your customer states one of the dishes isn't good that means it isn't good. Won't be back.

Everything was delicious! The portion with the salmon was a little small in regards to the rice and only 2 prawns. My husband ordered it and he's a big guy so was still hungry. But the flavour and combination was wonderful.

Food: Delicious. Portions we good. Steaks cooked as asked for. Burgers made from steak cuts. Vegetables all fresh. I added prawns to my dinner. Being from the coast I harvest prawns and these were fantastic.
Service: friendly, timely. Water was always full. Drinks ordered quick so no to short time between drinks. Time between appy’s to main was enough to not be stuffed.
Atmosphere: spacious restaurant providing an open concept while maintaining privacy for a nice date night. Lights were well dimmed to be bright enough you can see, while maintaining the “mood lighting”. Music was at a good volume.
Pricing: Expect steakhouse prices at a steakhouse. Prices are comparable to the Keg, or Cactus club or any other date night location. What Phoenix offers is an amazing atmosphere combined with the above mentioned food and service.

Our reservation was handled very well. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly. attentive and professional. Our food was delicious, my salmon was by far the best I have ever had. prices were comparable or maybe even cheaper than other top end restauraunts, Owner , manager Megan was awesome in welcoming us and putting her personal touch to make sure our evening was the best ever. First time at this establishment and we were quite impressed. The food was delicious, high quality and cooked as requested. Service was top notch, which is difficult to find these days. The only thing that I would suggest needs some work, is their whisky sour. Something was missing. Other than that, we look forward to our next visit.
