I have never paid online before....always paid upon delivery. Well, today, for some reason, that seemed like the only option. So I did it. I waited and waited....to hear a knock on the door or the doorbell to ring, or, my puppy to start barking to let me know someone was at the door.....NOTHING. Finally, after about an hour, I checked my email and it showed that my pizza had been delivered....!!! I opened the door and there it was....sitting on the floor of the porch in the stinking cold NOVEMBER weather...!!!
I am furious...!!!! And will be taking a trip into the store tomorrow for them to make it right. COLD PIZZA SUX!

We all know pizzahut or atleast I hope you do. You dont know? It's pizza. They have sides too! The staff is staff like, they do their job. You get served yummy food at a decent price.

Great spot, quick tasty food, and great staff, just wish hours were more predictable, but I understand with short staffing you can only do what you can. Which, I'm happy to have my pizza for lunch when they are open!

Most disappointing pizza in years. Dr. O frozen is 10x better. Although the crust was amazing it was all these PIZZAS were. Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas. The sauce was scarce, cheese, not even sure if there was cheese and the toppings were almost none existant. Will not be back. Clearly pizza hut is a thing of the past.

Ordered at 10 PM, got a call back asking how I’d pay. Said cash — they refused. Switched to debit, suddenly it’s fine. Show up and get handed two large pizzas that are stone cold, half raw, and with barely any cheese. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. When I went back to complain, they basically yelled at me and made it seem like I was the problem. On top of that, the girl admitted they had already cashed out at 10:30 because their boss “doesn’t give them enough time” to cash out at 11 — even though the store is open until 11. So instead of serving proper food, they rush to close early and dump garbage on customers. Absolute embarrassment of a Pizza Hut.

When we arrived, we learned the girl at the counter had sent our pizzas with the gentleman before us. She ran out to the parking lot to get him to bring them back and instructed him to hand us our pizzas. Our pizzas that had left the store with another customer and been taken to their car...
While the gentleman seemed nice enough, pretty sure this is a Food Safe violation. I understand wanting to avoid food waste, but she needed to at least ask us if we were okay with this, not just expect compliance without complaint. Very poor communication; some training is needed.

Great pizza and great staff. They are really quick with their service and kind when helping you. I ordered the walk in special that’s offered daily from 11am to 4pm. They had my order ready in 12 minutes.
