Prestige Vernon Lodge and Conference Centre

Got into town late , paid 350 for one night and wouldnt let us use the hot tub . They infact closed it 5 mins early so I couldnt even get a quick dip in . Wont be staying here again

The front desk ladies were so helpful with an issue I was dealing with. They took a lot of time to deal with an issue that was due to a 3rd party travel booking. Thank you!

Nice enough place. Highly recommend against staying here if you have a dog. Closest place to relieve your dog is a 2 block walk to a random grass patch. Super inconvenient to have a pet and a place to take them to go to the bathroom.
Actually another annoying thing is in a double queen room there are only night stands on the two farthest outside sides of each bed. There's nothing in between the beds so the 2 sleepers on the inside do not get a night stand.
And what is it with hotels only putting 3 towels in a room with 2 double beds? Assume there are 4 people just put 4 towels in the rooms to begin with. Super irritating because you have to ask the front desk for a towel and then they say they will bring you one. So you have to wait around for someone to finally bring a towel. How about just stock I don't know a dozen towels behind the counter for situations like this.
Also the towels are terrible. About the size of a hand towel and I'm an average sized guy.
The beds are not comfortable. Imagine sleeping on a trampoline with someone. Every slight movement by the person sleeping next to you is felt. Really uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Used cupcake muffin liners were on the floor and chair. It made us wonder what else may not have been cleaned thoroughly.

Fantastic Staff room and facilities very clean
One bad part when I booked on line the total cost was not the same as when I booked on fact it was nearly $100 dollars higher which rffectedy credit card limit and was rather embarassing to me
No real explanation as to why
Had I known this was going to be the price I would have made arrangements to ilendurr the funds were there as it was still worth that price

Arrived in Vernon and came to this hotel all of 10 minutes ago. Jacob helped us to our rooms with our bags and instantaneously kicked off our vacation in the friendliest way possible. Thanks, Jacob! What a great first impression of your city and this hotel.

Girlfriends getaway. Three of us had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff especially Jeff was so fun and welcoming. The room was clean and the view of the creek, pool, and jungle area is so pretty. We had drinks and appies at the Brixx pub, very good. We had dinner, drinks, and breakfast at The Cabana which was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was a bit chilly though. We highly recommend your stay here.

The hotels in fairly nice shape for the age and it was clean rooms are pretty small and it’s kinda hard to get in and out of the bathroom with the door doors
,they don’t actually have the breakfast bar, which was kind of disappointing, even though there’s pictures of it on their reviews which I thought was very misleading
They give you a 10% off coupon whatever if I would’ve known that upfront, I wouldn’t have cared, but they certainly make it look like it does have a breakfast

Favorite place to stay in vernon. Love the balcony doors a few steps from the pool and hot tub. Amazing.staff and management

Sadly me and my family didnt get to stay at this hotel. We had planned and reserved, we had brought our small dog with us as it is a pet friendly hotel and had the description that they would accommodate. However this was not the case for us, we got turned away with having a dog and when I asked if we could supplement with a different room Wich by the way is on there description that they will just charge more for the deposit Wich would have been great. On Easter long weekend being turned away like that at a hotel that claims to be oet friendly was kinda not great leading us to lower accomodations sadly. Hopefully next time it can work out better as my family was very much looking forward to that stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The atrium, pool, and atrium restaraunt have a tropical vibe... astounding maintenance with the metal, wood, stonework... comfortable, great staff!

Prestige Never disappoints! What a beautiful location, the Atrium has a tropical vibe with a river too, Great way to get a break from the weather outside. Super clean rooms and friendly staff, Stay Here, you won’t be disappointed.

Very pleasant experience. Was ideal to have two restaurant options in the hotel. Pool and hot tub area were pleasant and not crowded. Our room had comfortable beds and a microwave/fridge. The heating system was a little noisy but not too bad. We would stay here again.
