We really enjoyed our stay at the Prestige Vernon Lodge. The rooms were solid for the price, the pool/hot tub was fantastic (especially for the kids), and the service was great! Monica at the front desk took good care of us our entire stay, and she really made our trip memorable by upgrading us to a King Balcony from a parking lot view / pet room. Thank you!

Love this hotel! Perfect if you are stopping through Vernon or just want a quick weekend getaway close to home. The atrium is beautiful with thriving plants & a unique natural river running through the middle. The Cabana restaurant is excellent as well.

This hotel does not look as good from the outside as it does on the inside, on the outside looks like a standard motel, but the inside is a joyful surprise, all the rooms look to an indoor garden and pool with hot tub, it has a restaurant, and it is pet friendly. We loved our experience there, and would definitely go back, recommended.

Food was a major letdown- took about an hour and a half to be served, under cooked.The pool water is cold and even the hot tub was warm like bath water with a broken filter.The atrium is smaller than looks in pictures. Old dated rooms with a facelift. Kids prefer the Marriott and did I mention at $300 a night, our room faced a brick wall. No thanks

We took our 4 year old for his birthday to stay here for one night as a stay-cation. It was amazing staff and service were very nice, there was someone's socksin a closet, and the plug for the fridge was finicky very clean room with comfy king bed, balcony for viewing the pool and resturant was a 'cherry on top' will definitely stay againFood & drinks: The resturant inside the hotel was so good and great size portions
The hotel is well maintained overall even though it is an older property. The rooms are small, bathroom is tiny. Water pressure is pretty poor.The staff are very friendly, EXCEPT for the security guard who thinks he owns the place.He was constantly making everyone feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Pretty sure we paid to stay here and use the facilities, without a dad figure telling everyone they are doing everything wrong.

This hotel was a diamond in the ruff! The pool and hot tub atrium is amazing! Felt like I was back in Mexico. The staff was friendly, lobby is beautiful! Hallways and guest rooms are being updated and look good. The beds were a little too soft for my liking but it was a great night away.

Oufff ….. light in bathroom was burnt …. 2 sets of towels for 4 of us that booked … the pool has a giant hair ball in it so we tried the hot tub which was greasy and the morning after the swim suits smelled like rotten pee …The A/C was very very loud and when i called to ask the front desk laughed and said yes its normal its loud ….. to put the cherry on top the a/c didnt even cool off our room .. very disappointed and will no return here
