Got seated at a table. Waited close to ten minutes to have drink orders taken, which unfortunately never happened because the server visited every table except ours - and we were seated before all of the tables who’s order she took. We had to leave which was actually really sad because we were looking forward to our lunch, plus we paid for parking and didn’t have enough time on the meter to eat anywhere else after waiting at Raku! Walked out and won’t be back.

Ordered Chicken Ramen today — just a bowl of instant noodles, a few tiny pieces of tasteless chicken, and half an egg for $16. My wife’s Spicy Ramen was the same with two small pork pieces and no egg. Very disappointing meat is tasteless not going back.

Extremely happy with food they serve and great dine in at restaurants after long time.
I was disappointed in the vegan ramen. Only had edamame, small tofu chunks and canned baby corn. If I’m paying that much for veggie ramen it should be packed with veggies. Veggies are cheap. Very salty broth.
