This was almost a 3 star because of the slow service (took 20mins just to get water and order) but the food more than made up for it. I’ve been looking for ramen that lives up to what I’ve had in Japan and this is by far the closest. Wish I lived closer so I can visit weekly! Appreciate the vegetarian options as well.
The best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan!
Went on a busy Friday night so service took a bit longer than expected but the staff was very friendly and the food arrived quickly.
I had the deluxe ramen but have a shellfish allergy so they offered to substitute more dumplings for no extra cost.
Genuinely delicious pork broth and vegetarian broth and very tasty ingredients and toppings.
Will be visiting again...

Highly recommend ramen here. But be prepared for the fat as always with ramen.
Generous portions. Would definitely come back.
