Great spot for a casual meal, or for a beer after your golf round.

Cons: Went for valentines dinner and my husband and I were both very disappointed in our entrees. I could not finish mine and he struggled through his - the portion sizes were very small. The fondue dessert was very disappointing as well in presentation, quality and portion size.
Pros: Our server Shelley was amazing and brought us champagne on the house and a new entree to make up for the first ones. The appetizer and cocktails were very good!! Very grateful for our server who didn’t make us feel bad for expressing how we felt and did everything she could to make it better. The atmosphere is very beautiful and we were sat with a view of the golf course.

Really good food really good service! We had the old-fashioned. I would definitely recommend the regular old-fashioned over the maple smoky! The tenderloin was a little bit too fatty for my liking but cooked well but the potatoes were out of this world! Shelley is an amazing server! We are here at sparkling Hill and if you’re looking for something different come on over.

We arrived on fully packed night with a woman playing piano for entertainment. Our service could have been better but honestly it was so busy I don't blame a single server. They were running all over! Special kudos to the big tall younger guy. He put more miles on than anyone bring food out & picking up dishes. Menu was diverse & reasonably priced. Both our dinners were very tasty & plentiful. We left very satisfied....and full!
Our server was amazing. Very attentive and helpful picking food, wine and organizing transportation back to our hotel. Both drivers of ours to and from Sparkling hills were great as well. We would come back simply because of the outstanding service
The Sunday Prime Rib was phenomenal! Cooked perfect and the sides were delicious as well. The staff are fun and friendly, good vibes all around!
Great restaurant, very professional. Good food, great service and atmosphere. Not a kid-friendly restaurant (but they will accomodate kids), which is a good thing :)
Our first time here was a Friday for oyster and bubbly night. The food was really good, the venue is very nice, and the staff was attentive. We will be going back.
Went for the Santa brunch, food was very picked over, getting coffee or drinks took way to long. Advised fresh oysters, but hardly had any out.

Previous Santa Brunches were much better. This year they seemed to cut the options in half, and even more so with the desserts. If it continues to be like this year and for the price you pay it won't be worth it.
This is what you get for $11.00 Small portion of soggy fries. Not impressed. Food use to be great, but not anymore. Very overrated. I love PR but things have definitely gone down hill.
Wonderful restaurant, set up perfectly for either a quiet meal or a drink and appy in the bar. My only complaint is the menu got rid of Fiery Farfelle Pasta. A top choice for many people I know. Hopefully it returns.

The rigatori pasta had no seasoning & neither did the added $10 chicken.. very plain. Cesar salad was good. Chocolate fondu for dessert could’ve had better options. Throw in some blueberries, bananas, apples etc. not “cake bites”, which was just bread… & not pineapple/melons.
