RANGE restaurant, bar + patio

When I came into the restaurant I was greeted by a wonderful host I belive her name was savanna, our original seating we didn’t like, and she accommodated us to a new spot that was perfect! Our server was great I unfortunately don’t remember her name. The food was also good and I love the new renovations! I recommend and If you have a host and server like ours it will make the experience even better!

Went here on Friday, July 18th. My friends surprised me with a lovely birthday dinner, the food was fantastic and the servers were great too. Only thing is having to ask for utensils every time a different course came out, which is whatever, not the main point of this review.

However, the only reason I am not giving a 5 stars is because I got stung by a bee while we were seated on the patio, which I am severely allergic to. When we requested for any type of medical personnel or kit, our waitress checked and informed us they had zero medical personnel available. Our waitress did note that they usually are round, but we would hope that at a golf course/resort there would be at least one person available with a medical kit.

Again our meal was amazing, but I was trouble by the lack of availability of medically trained staffing.

Update: just want to say thank you to the owner for acknowledging my post and for taking more precautions, along with more training for the staff :)

The food was tasty. What was disappointing was the service. Normally the service is really good but this time we received our food almost an hour after we sat down, and the waitress never came around to ask us how our meals were. We had to flag her down multiple times to refill our waters and drinks. A few times the waitress was too busy socializing and then she’d forget to come by with our drinks.

A lovely restaurant in the Okanagan to visit. Along with the great food the view is outstanding on the patio.

Its the best experience we have had at this restaurant. We have been several times in past and food quality was much better than it has been, value for what was served great and waitress we had was top notch,, including the other wait staff. I would just recommend something smoother at front desk so there are not so many waiting to be seated with limited space to congregate.

We ate here 3 times , food was excellent , awesome service , friendly staff and not long wait times for food order . The ambiance was great , easy to have a conversation , the view was amazing . Definitely going back here next time we visit Vernon BC

Wonderful service Good choice on food items! Only downside was power outage from wind! Created a lot of chaos but our server handled it well! Wish I had more cash because plastic didn't work!

Beautiful patio overlooking golf course. Service was excellent and food very tasty. Highly recommend for a date night, special occasion, or just any time!

Burger greasy! Service poor after food arrived - plates not cleared and we had to wait and then ask for the bill. Menu selection is perhaps too large for the skill level of the kitchen and ability of service staff. Really second rate and does not live up to the standards of the facility. Furnishings and ambiance is great but the food and service are not.

Nice restaurant, great food for the most part. Very flavourful! I Didn't enjoy the peppercorn mushroom sauce personally but others in my party did. Found it had to much pepper giving it a really strong Smokey flavor. But the braised beef was tender, burger, soup and fries were very good!

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and professional. The scenery was lovely. Wish we were closer to the edge but even where we were was very nice.

Ok food. Inflexible seating options despite availability. Preferential service to regulars. We came as tourists and will not come back.
