We stopped for coffee and because it was donut Friday. We ended up picking 4 donuts: cinnamon sugar, blueberry fritter, lemon ricotta and a strawberry basil donut. They were all exceptional as was the coffee. It is a very popular place so expect to wait. When we went the line up was out the door, but very worth it.

Nope, I ordered avacado toast once it was fantastic. 2nd time barley avacado a literally thrown in a box. Also took 1/2 hour. Today ordered ahead and paid and it was the same as the 2nd time then they tried to fix it an put crap on it i specifically said I did not want When I made my order. So she said do you want it? I said no Iām allergic to pickles so then she took it in the back. They made it right finally and then she brought it box open and I took it and she said in the snow as possible tone have a great day. This took 45 minutes. I got a half hour lunch. I wasnāt rude. I didnāt curse once I pissed off yes did I have a tone probably but thatās customer service. Itās their job to calm you down. Itās their job to make it right. Itās their job to be polite. Do I regret tipping absolutely! If youāre gonna charge $10 for a piece of bread, half an avocado and a scoop of feta, make it good. It was the first time I donāt know what the problem is now I work right next to this place. Itās really disappointing and their staff seriously needs a tuneup. This isnāt the first time theyāve been rude. Iām sure theyāll see this and immediately comment. Donāt worry I will respond.

A favorite spot for a cold drink, snack or lunch especially after long bike ride. Coffee is consistently good and their baking and all food is always exceent. Fun atmosphere indoors and lots of outdoor seating as well.

Stopped in at Ratio Coffee & Pastry in Vernon and was really impressed! The coffee was excellent, and the environment was perfect for catching up with a friendāwarm, relaxed, and welcoming.
The staff were super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of both the drinks and the overall atmosphere.
Definitely a spot Iāll be coming back to. If youāre in Vernon and need a good coffee or a chill place to chat, Ratio is a great choice!

This is a great little place to get some quality coffee and food in a pinch. This place is generally usually very busy and most of the time quite loud. The Turkish eggs are a must try and if you order any sandwich, you will not be disappointed. The staff are friendly yet busy and the restaurant is very clean with a Vintage feel.
